Saw them in Houston for this tour. I think Venomous Maximus opened. Anyway, it was a work night, and while I had heard of Ruby before I had not listened nor seen them, but they were so good that I did not stay for Earthless. After witnessing Ruby the Hatchet, anything would have been a let down, so I went home.
The sound is good, the image is sharp ! even with the red lights. Sometimes not sharp, but that's because of technical reason.....it even happens with the best prof-camera's. The tric is to zoom a little bit out. The total presentation is good....Singer solo - 2 people together - the whole band. (I make video by myself) Of course we have to show every musician apart. But it's better to stay longer time @ one person. Not to switch so fast from left to right....We can not show it all in one time. It's better to move too slow...taking the time. But maybe it's a dynamic Style ! What I have learned : It 's better to stand as near as possible to the stage.....if you can. Much more easy for very near close-up's and also more light for more sharp image. Also no need to zoom for a long distance to prevent the blur. But than you can also turn over the camera for diagonal image...for more variety. But than we can have problems with the PA-woofers !!!! Stay away from woofers.
That happens often times ! We have to inform the PA-men ! Also with Hammond -solo's: Always not loud enough. Maybe lead and backing can sing sometimes together ? that's also possible.
Come on sound man! You need to realize who's lead and who's back up!

Thx for this reaction !
This band it's like a mix of Early Sabbath with Jefferson Airplane's double vocals approach, so good they're a keeping this style alive

love these guys
Great psychedelic heaviness !!
Venham para o Brasil!
Super Band!!!
What a band!
Holy Shit!!
Set list????
very good.
I would gladly go and see them live, so long as the drummer wasn't doing any vocals.
the lead vocals are too quiet, the backing vocals might be too loud but the lead is still too quiet
That happens often times ! We have to inform the PA-men !

In the beginning she gave the sound man the thumbs up...she knew it.
Yihaa!
I get a john bonham vibe from the drummer
Sean Hur: Organ...Really gives them a Deep Purple feel live..
John Bonham... with a pornstache
Bill Ward. And this band is amazing.
But I get it. If Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Jethro Tull and ZEP had a baby....
Damn Bobby Lee rips on keys
Screw on this venue for not giving ruby or whomever the sounds she deserves?.. Back up singers were louder what a sham...
Jillian Taylor on vocals.
ahhhhhhhhh yeahhhhhhhhhhh. hate that guy
