I’ve just started using sketch up and all your videos are just like having a personal tutor. Thank you so much for your time. You have saved me hours, maybe days!

It would be nice if, upon selecting an object to tag, there was a clear indication that the object has been tagged. This could be achieved through changes in the edges' color, the addition of a small mark, or any other noticeable visual cue. Currently, when an object is tagged, it appears as if nothing has happened to it, except for the labeling of "tag" in the "info" window on the left-hand side.

Thanks for the video Aaron! One suggestion for a topic: dividing and merging lines. Seems hard to me on the iPad version.

Comments are off to a rough start today 😜. I think it sounds great, at just the right volume, and I don't have an ipad, but love to see how the software was developed for it.

Suggestion: Make a new channel for the iPad stuff. I get notifications of your videos only to see it is an iPad one. There is some overlap in the audience, but probably not as much as you might think in that once you are proficient in using SketchUp on a computer...it means you have a computer and use the product there.

In agreeance . SketchUp for iPad should be independent. An easy fix!

Do you consider “Tags” being the equals to “Layers” in other apps?

What about when you have groups, and inside these groups, you, by mistake, mix different tags names? How you re-tag them correctly? Please help. I’ve created a mess in my model mixing tags inside groups!

The tag folder on iPad does not support the subfolder structure 😢 (date remark 28 Jan 2023)

Hi, is there a way in SketchUp for iPad to activate a tag before starting to draw in the same way that SketchUp pro does?

How are tags different from layers, if at all?

Thanks Aaron, FYI you're still very quiet on your videos

Unfortunately, Aaron recorded a bunch of these videos before heading off to Basecamp. The next few might still have low audio. We will get it addressed though and you should see (or hear) an improvement in a few weeks!
