To see coach black sitting there the whole time while her daughter slacks and disrespects is mind blowing . Coach Tahzia clearly needed a little help with them and nobody stepped in and said nothing smh . Keep up the good work coach Tahzia!

I think what coach black is doing ...is seeing how she handles them in situations like this because once coach black retires or something she's gonna wanna know who can take her spot I feel like she's just tryna sit back and let her handle it cs she is a grown women I mean she got them under control.

No what I can’t get over is the laughing she was doing in the background while watching her be disrespectful. Then had the audacity to ask coach black “you gone let her talk to her like that” like if her daughter was in the right 😂 I be so over these little girls and they attitudes and I’m sure family members who watch this feel the same way . If u don’t wanna be there then don’t go . I swear it be that simple

Coach Tasia is stressed and she shouldn’t have to be. This woman works so hard and is a very respectful and fun coach but they still disrespect her. She doesn’t deserve to put up with bs.

I think Keri should be off the team until she corrects her attitude. It’s affecting the team’s energy atp. Also, why does Coach Black not participate as much in coaching anymore? It’s like since they aren’t competing in November no one cares to be there except Coach Tazsia and a few of the girls. Idk what the problem is but it’s super disappointing.
Not sure, but I do know that she may be going through a lot especially since Keri recently crashed her Mom’s car when her Mom was on vacation. On top of that, the car Keri took without permission, her Mom just paid that off in FULL.
@@IssaKae I saw that (and Keri should have been off the team for that imo) but everyone has their problems outside of practice. You’re still expected to show up and give 100% especially with the team being this bad this far into the season. She isn’t even aware of what the routine is. It sucks for Coach T who gives her all every practice sweating through her clothes

First off they'll never fully have the routine down with people missing all the time. Someone is always missing. This is a All Star team not cheering at a football game.The one who comes in late all the time & never in uniform act like she doesn't want to be there. I have a feeling her wrist done healed already lol. They should have left them box braids out of Nadia head lol her whole attitude done changed & not in a good way. Take them out their comfort zone when making them condition. Make em run a block or so instead of around the gym. Maybe it'll build them up so they aren't so tired. Ya'll been working on the same things each video & each video they look tired, confused or don't give a dang. Also facials are lacking tremendously. Ya'll still my fav team tho lol.
I wanna see them hold some deep wall sits for a long ass time. Every time someone drop arms or stand up they add a minute. They better start pulling their weight because that exercise makes you pissed at people who half ass it.
I get the limits on the bigger girls on the team. But we can't yell at Tee tee for not doing a proper push up when tay tay in the back not doing nothing... standards need to be equal and fair all around otherwise thats another area where the coaches' authority can be questioned.

I come from a superior college marching band with flag girls BIGGER THAN HER and they break it down with no complaints! 💃🏾 She literally has no excuse.
I’ve been saying this for the longest. Coach Tasia acts as if she doesn’t have eyes and it pisses me off, but be quick to call out Tee Tee.

Coach Black friend said people were sleeping on Keri and that’s not true. Keri is hella, hella, HELLA talented and we ALLL know it. She just has to want it more and she has to understand her roll as a leader. She’s a beast on the mat!!!

It seems like the girls are so comfortable that they don't think they can be cut or will be cut so they continue to half ass and have attitudes because they don't think they coaches will actually do anything about it mabey if they start cutting then they will start getting serious.
I agree. She has skills, but she comes to every practice not in practice attire, late, and/or missing shoes. Then she barely does anything asked of her. Ridiculous.

The girls think they are irreplaceable and I can see why, the coaches complain but give minimal punishment and little consequence. You can tell when other teams are punished they be crying because the consequence was a killer. You have people who are doing their job fully completing consequences, yet the slackers slack off the consequence too…they may get a ‘go back to that line and crawl again, or keep running……’ naaaaaaaahhhh I want you to hold a deep squat for 5 minutes. As a former all star cheerleader, this is embarrassing. These girls don’t care, they prove that by the back talking, the half ass motions, jumps, conditioning. Coach Black needs to cancel this season, and this team and completely start over. The girls who come in out of uniform, with jewelry and nails and extremely long hair is dangerous. Jumping and tumbling without shoes is extremely dangerous and can cause someone to get hurt. They need coaches who don’t play around, and allow the disrespect. Coaches Eddie and Orby from California Allstars need to come out and whip these girls into shape. They would be unstoppable if they could get it together

This practice was extremely depressing to watch. And normally I don’t feel that way but I could literally feel Coach Tazhia’s frustration through the screen. And her feelings are definitely valid. There are multiple girls on the team who just do not seem to have any sort of desire to cheer. And that’s okay. But they need to be cut from the team and the routine needs to be reconfigured for those who do actually want to be there. I would like to see Coach Tazhia discipline them more for talking back and half-doing the routine. It was refreshing to see her finally discipline Keri and I appreciated Coach Black for doing so as well. This team has so much potential and I believe they can still turn things around to have an amazing season.
It’s about damn time. Keri been getting too comfortable. 😒 I felt that when her Mom told her: “You will get f*cked up.” I was SCREAMINGGGG because I’m like FINALLYYYY! 😩
i feel like her attitude behavior is in correlation to maybe the beatings and yelling received at home. Behavior is learned. So I'm not sure telling her she will get fucked up and she dont run shyt is helpful. If anything most likely causing more damage. She probably has been hearing that type of stuff since early childhood.
Maybe she needs a new team where her mother isnt the coach. a break away from her mother for her extracurricular activity.

It starts with the warmups and conditioning the girls most of them do half pushups, bear crawls , jumps etc. etc. my coach would have made us do it over and over till we where all together and in unison. I love CUC, but they are practicing very sloppy and the disrespect is ridiculous at this point. I love my girls and I know they have it in them to kill it. Black girl magic.
No they just need a better building with air they suffering.
It's not the building it's their attitude. There are girls who practice outside in the heat that give more than what some of these girls are giving. They would appreciate a gym like this. We want to see them do great but they have to want it for themselves.

@@grandpamaddzI don’t agree I’m smaller than her and can’t go all the down doing push ups none of the girls can also as a coach and as an athlete you have to know your physical limitations I’m a pre professional hip hop dancer and when I’m given something I know I can’t do I modify it for myself and my teachers already know just like when they are working on tumbling as a team and modify for the ones who can’t tumble they should do the same for exercise/ conditioning I’m not saying she isn’t capable but calling her lazy is not very constructive
Maybe instead of having her do regular push ups they can have her start with doing them with her knees down and pushed back it’ll still work out her upper body but she’ll have more support and she’ll be able to work her way up

Keri can probably turn this team around with a better attitude and by encouraging the other girls to change their attitude. She could be a great leader and she has shown that side before. What happened to everyone? Why so defeated? Maybe they need some type of team building events to help motivate them again. I don’t know but something has to change.🤞🏽
Agree 100percent I keep seeing flashes of her being a Great leader, but she has to keep that positive energy and get rid of the attitude.it seems like when her attitude is great majority follow suit.imo

I’d turn this whole gym around in 1 day ! Let me come be a guest coach for a practice or 2 ! I can get them really clean and tight and discipline will be ENFORCED! Cause it’s absolutely NO WAY I’ll be fussing with kids or even repeating myself period .
The back talk and disrespect is wild. And it be the same people every time - Keri and her whole group stay with attitudes and disrespect. These little side talks don’t work. It’s extremely unfortunate because y’all are going to get the competition floor and get laughed off the stage because y’all don’t properly practice and spend more time arguing with the coaches than doing the work.
edit: you can tell the commitment level of the girls because they either don’t show up at all or be late and when they get there they half ass everything. it’s so infuriating to watch. if i was coach tazhia, i would’ve quit by now for the blatant disrespect that coach black allows.

The other girls see what Keri gets away with so they try it too. Coach Black mistake was allowing Keri to cheer for her team, she should let her cheer for someone else and see how far that attitude gets her. I feel sorry for the girls who actually want to be there and do well like Mckenzie (hopefully I spelled that right 😅).

I’m curious why does messiah even come like she literally walks around with no shoes on doesn’t commit to any tumbling skills so what’s her purpose I’m starting to think some of these girls are forced to cheer cus some of them don’t even try on basic stuff
Coach black off to the side talking through the beginning and the minute coach tazia gets on HER child she pays attention but then every video she doesn’t know what the formations are and what the routine is and she’s supposed to be over the WHOLE thing... I kind of see why people left tbh. And I hate it because we as black people are always known for attitudes but yet these other teams outside of black come in and do what they gotta do and actually win and not only are they good athletes they have great discipline as young adults

These are just my 2 cents: These girls are definitely enjoyable to watch, but it's been mentioned over and over again that their attitude and work ethic really shows in their stunts and tumbling. I really think that there needs to be more accountability in the team. I'm watching another black cheerleading channel - Divine Cheer (they were even featured here on two sockz!) and its so crazy to me that they're also a level 4 team becasue the difference is huge! That team really has a great balance between discipline and fun, and I think that's what CUC needs, but hasn't figured out how to fully execute yet. Hopefully coach Black & Tahzia can find a way in the future 💜
I agree with others that Tee Tee seems to get singled out when others are doing the same or worse. Sadly it looked like the new girl (Mia?) was already looking less strong and full out. Coach T was exactly right when they were watching their video. Other teams are having showcase in October/ early November and some of these girls don't know the counts. Their tumbling and transitions should be tight at this point so they can concentrate on improving stunts to be level appropriate.
Mia came from track practice before this practice so she was probably tired from that but I totally agree
Mia is a two sport athlete during every season. Trust if she was off today that is not her norm and she will always show up and show out!!! Never less strong. What these girls do in practice is tough on their bodies. Everyone won’t always have great days. Girls stay strong and push yourselves!!! It’s hard work but is worth it!!!!

Ain’t no way in hell as a adult and the coach of this team that when I’m pointing out who’s talking or when I say be quiet should anybody be back talking…the attitudes are nasty these girls could be great but the not following instructions the playing and giggling the excuses the sloppy practicing the negative attitudes and the not coming to practice is not ok…if I were a coach on this team i would simply not show up to practice or come to practice and sit there and just watch in silence cause if y’all don’t wanna be here why should I be???? Coach T has a life yet she’s here trying to get these girls to be the best they can and they are not treating her with respect….it really sucks to see girls with potential let laziness and attitudes take over them
It’s ok to do these things (besides attitudes) when the team as a whole can come into practice and have a very successful practice but when you look a mess there absolutely not room for playing

I’m glad Coach T is getting firm with them because they need it, but I don’t like the fact that TeeTee gets called out for every little thing that she does wrong when I see others messing up and nothing is said to them!!

This team is really sad. Im sorry but y'all are. If y'all expect to win any competition y'all have got to practice like you are performing. My coach always says what happens at practice will eventually happen at competition so y'all are setting yourself up for failure practicing like this. Mark my words and when it happens y'all can't blame nobody but y'all because of how y'all practice. I'm not hating just simply speaking from experience.
I love coach Tasai and there is no reason why she should be stressed out at every practice. Tbh I think she should only have 3 stunt groups and take out the stunt group that is switching out flyer because I’m a flyer and personally it does not look like they want to fly also the girl that has braids and mask, it looks like she doesn’t want to be there either. I know this team has potential it’s just going to come down to taking the people out that is slacking and advancing on with the people who want to go to competitions and win. 💙💛💙

this my last comment lol...but for someone who was absent, and it shows, Alena (or however you spell her name) had attitude and was being just as disruptive as Keri in this video. Even if Keri had it coming, Alena needed to be called out too because ALL the leaders/OGs are not acting like leaders. It's sad, disappointing and makes us miss the girls that left who WANTED to be there and win and couldn't.

I feel like Tee Tee gets called out on the things others girls are also doing wrong. It wasn’t just Tee Tee but she always get called on. Messiah gotta go, she has a bad attitude and always do stuff half ass and never has on the right outfit and be walking around for no reason.
I understand Tay Tay is a plus size girl but what’s the point of calling out Tee Tee while Tay Tay doesn’t do stuff full out. Then we got coach black never doing shit and barely being there for her OWN company.
Keri is an important element to the team, I know people don’t like her attitude but she’s very talented, if you look pass her attitude she has a lot of talent.
Lastly shoutout to Coach T, Mackenzie, Zaria, Makiya, Sydney and Taylor they are very talented they deserve better like Franklin, Spears and Destiny.

Why are the coaches asking about formations and placements? This should videoed and watched in slow to isolate the issues. My daughter is 9 on Jr elite level 2 . They hit zero on Friday (learned routine in 3 months) first comp of the season is today 🥳. Come y’all get it together
I respect you as a Mom and as you ladies' coaches.. The discipline shown is truly coming from the heart and preparing these young ladies for what may lie ahead.
Over the past few videos I’ve peeped how Tee Tee is always the one getting yelled at for something, and sometimes it’s even warranted. But let’s be real she is following what she sees the older girls do and the coaches literally never correct them so why make it a point to always call her out. As far as the team as a whole it’s very simple, they don’t want to win. Yea it would be nice for them but they don’t really want and that’s clear every practice. It might be time to cut down the team and just work with the athletes who want to be there and can actually contribute to a winning routine, a mediocre (not even that sometimes) team of 17-20 isn’t better then a great team of 10 and build from there. I want to see you guys win!
Edit: Also, there are multiple people absent from every single practice. Unacceptable. How can you build a winning routine without everybody on the team? Attendance should be mandatory with consequences for being absent.

*Coach* *Tasia* *just* *quit* *now* and go somewhere where you can learn as a coach and be respected. You are trying so hard and so much harder than previous seasons to do right by your "team" and be a good coach and you are getting trashed on every practice. I am embarrassed for you at the amount of disrespect you let slide. I am sure there is something underlying on why you don't really speak up to the girls but I just can't imagine what that is. I have said it in the past and will continue to scream it DO THESE GIRLS PARENTS WATCH THESE VIDEOS? If so, they should be ashamed of almost all these girls, especially the older ones, who are nothing but disrespectful problems. It's not cute to be disrespectful. CUC isn't known for it's all black team being great and powerful as you guys have said you wanted to be known in the past, CUC is becoming known for its disrespectful cheerleaders who contribute nothing great to the overall sport and who other teams don't even sweat it when they know they are in their division because they know they will beat CUC, easily. Do better, be better, represent better for yourselves and your values and your goals.

Y do they never do stunts full out. How are they gonna practice getting better if they never actually practice them? Stunts are a huge part of competition cheer. If half the team is usually gone that doesn't help either and they honestly shouldve been cut by now and replaced.

12? Is there a Tiny Team division? Because you really only have about 4 that have the complete package(skill, right attitude, and work-ethic). But skill aside...McKenzie, Lynette, Kamya, Taylor, TT, Jada, Zharia(maybe), the newer Base girl(Nashay?), JJ(would be fine without Khalia), Tamia(would be fine without Keri). London as well because she continues to go for it despite having difficulty with the material. She just needs a lot of guidance. All of these girls are not necessarily the most skilled of the bunch but they seem to be attentive and willing to do the work. With these girls the focus could really be on development because you won't have to worry so much about attitudes and work-ethic. Build the culture of your team from there. Lay the groundwork and accept nothing less. Although it really starts in your lower-levels. The whole entire program needs to be on the same page.
Their execution scores are gonna be SO low, y’all need to take them to an exhibition competition this is ridiculous there’s no way y’all win or get a PAID bid with this type of stuff happening at practice
Why does coach black sit there just talking the whole time. It’s a huge distraction.
If I was the coach they will sit out the rest of practice for backtalk and distracting the other cheerleaders.

I'm wondering if parents look at these videos bc from where I'm looking I feel like Taylor and Tee Tee both need to find other teams. They both have amazing potential and can't wait too long. Taylor is respectful, has the talent, and is determined. Tee Tee has the talent, determination and needs a team that goes hard and is focused in order to excel. Seems like this environment is not conducive for her.
and as for Jazz I just feel bad, bc its clear she has bonded/or has a bond with coach Tasia and its sad bc her team plays so much and you can tell Jazz comes to practice to cheer while enjoying the sport.

Watching this again, I think they don’t have enough people showing up to practice to even run full stunts. Which is why they are only marking stunts still at this point. It’s hard for the girls to run the routine with so many girls missing and just memorize the movements of the stunts without doing them. THEN the routine they have now they don’t even know if they are capable of doing because they haven’t been able to do it full out with everyone actually showing up to practice. AND it’s harder for Coach T to see what’s wrong in the routine. This is crazy. They’re literally just going through the motions.
Honestly Coach black (if u even read the comments) I really think Keri needs a break from cheerleading, or at least this team. She doesn’t respect your brand that’s potentially going to be hers one day, she is not a good example to the other girls at allll just remove her from the team🤷🏽♀️
I understand that tee tee didn't do the pushup in the beginning but when she redid it, wasn't that a push up tho, like she bent with her arms not her toes
CUC need to experience Hell Week and Boot Camp like JCE went through , with hell week it will teach them so many things and push them to be a better team both on and off the Mat. These girls can be great at what they do until they learn what hard work looks feels and smells like , last season they show that at national and won and if they want to make it to national championships again an win again they need to check their attitude at the door before entrance to their home gym.

I’ve been watching them for a while now and it seems like the same girls don’t want to actually be on the team. I wonder if some of them are just there because their parents make them or because they just wanna be on TH-cam. I feel bad for the coaches though because I feel like if they took out everyone who doesn’t put in their full effort at practice, they wouldn’t even have a team to compete with
As a cheer coach , this team has the potential of being great but it trickles down to consistency. We can sit here and blame the kids but it’s a two way street.. as a coach you need to know what proper changes need to be made to better your program. The girls are getting yelled at and being told to run for 2:30 seconds but for what? They are standing around not being instructed to do work on something while attention is being put into one group. There’s two coaches kids should be doing something at all times. No coach should be coaching from a sitting position.... if you expect your kids to be up and being active it starts with you.. PLEASE tell them to bring their shoes. Instead of threatening with conditioning let’s fix it, it’s our job as coaches. Conditioning shouldn’t be a threat can’t stress that 🥴
Coach black also shouldn’t go against what tahzia says. If she says she wants Taylor and Tee Tee to switch then they should. Coach black is not at these practices seeing Taylor isn’t landing. That also is not fair to Tee Tee who is putting in the work.

Suggestion (though Im not saying it will help): Maybe give them some type of confidence mantra to chant before doing the routine or every now again throughout the practice. I definitely agree that some level of discipline needs to take place with this team but also an equal amount of motivation. I love hearing them cheer each other on and seeing how it fills the girls up when they are asked to hit their stunts.

I feel Keri was doing so good until Messiah came back. Messiah doesn’t want to be there so I wouldn’t force her to. Start kicking them off the team bc they are hurting the team and it’s not fair to the girls there that actually want to and work hard to be there.

Too much stuff went overlooked for so long to the point the coaches can’t even handle their attitudes. The spirit and pride is GONE! It’s going to be hard to get that back.

I also think that they need to break-up the monotony of these practices. I know we don't see everything but do they do anything else? Also do they have small goals they are working towards(not just Summit)? I feel like they may need some type of motivation and incentive. And please stop punishing the entire group. It's not working, they don't care that their teammates have to do consequences because of them. I get group consequences but when it has to do with attitude and people not putting in the work, that needs to be individual. Especially when you have the same ones doing what is expected of them. I hate when I see them keep going over certain parts because people didn't go for their skill when you have people(ie. Mckenzie) going for it each time. That means she just went full out, back to back, 3, 4, 5 times. Call out names and have them run it. You're going to burn out the good ones and you're "problems" still won't have learned a lesson.
