Try to praise nd worship.... It will help. Nd ask God giv u hope lik say it out cry to him that u need Him to help u to pick u up. I know that's painful when u lost hope. Trust me He wil help u. I hav gone thru that cycle of goin down nd up.. And hopelessness. May God giv u strength

I have been super discouraged for several breakthroughs - moving, job, financially, etc. And one by one, I hear of breakthroughs for others in this area and I still keep on praying and seeking. All the doors feel closing on me and I was told to look at what God is moving in your life even if the small. If there is no way out - his word says he will give you a way out. This is where I will release and complete surrender to him - not in my strength to change. He can remove discouragement, and the wait its him and he wont let me drown, as being almost there in that season of abudance it will be him not me. I recieve it rest is coming and his peace and he will change it all!

It’s like uhhh God are you mad at me, are you there, where did you go, the roof is on fire a sista needs some Holy water. Have you ever been praying and things got worse?
