Even before I played FFX, this masterpiece was in my ears. When it first came out the whole thing sounded so melancholic I already thought "what tragedy happened?" It's like To Zanarkand brings out the mood of "remembering what was lost" without a single spoken word in it. Amazing. And you played it well, so damn well.
Fantastic. Well phrased throughout. A lot of people seem to rush it in parts where the timing needs to be slowed down so the feel is just right and you didn't do that. Well done
Ever since I played my first Final Fantasy (8) when I was like around 10 I was hooked with Video Game soundtracks and Movie soundtracks. I always said video game music is basically the modern version of ''classical music'' and I wish it would get more recognition even have their own prominent spot in awards shows.
