Those buildings are all TCHC (Toronto Housing). Some of the worst ones in the city. I know many good people who live in them but you just gotta keep to youself to not get caught up. 200 Wellesly is a mess... theyve cleaned it up a bit but still one of the last places in Toronto you want to have to live... full of dealers, users... makes it had for people just trying to get back on their feet to get ahead. I think LOCO lives in 200 or one of them buildings. I saw in the news he got off his case, hopefully he can change the route he heading and stick to making music.
