Hi, i’m not the most knowledgeable on wigs but i do believe if you get a sew in wig you can definitely tie it into a ponytail and it can withstand some pulling (maybe not a crazy amount haha) but i def recommend researching some sew in wigs if possible! hope that helps a little bit xx
If you wanna put it in a ponytail then it should be a low ponytail and if u wanna put it in a bun or high ponytail then u should get a 360 wig (which looks like scalp everywhere you part it)
