How to cut and sew a rolled collar gown for kids// Easy DIY

Materials used for making this gown are:
2 yards of African print
2 yards of cotton lining
1 yard of black crepe
Zipper
The measurements used are:
Full length of gown = 25”
Half length = 9”
Chest circumference = 23”
Waist circumference = 23”
Neck width = 2.5”
Neck depth = 2.75”
Note: All measurements are in inches
