When you find one you like..make sure to do a drive bye at different times of the day to get a feel when people are home from work in the evenings and weekend. You can always make changes to make your home into what you want especially if the price is right. I’m sold on the second brick stand alone. I see a lot of potential. You will make the best decision for the one that fits your personal style.
You looked really pretty w/the wig Soft makeup When I saw the banister I loved it as you proceeded I thought it was too much brown as well. The second one just keep looking😂😂😂
I personally like the first one. There's a couple of things I'd change, small things. The second one lots of yard work to maintain, plus the rooms appeared to be a bit smaller.

House 1 had no windows in the kitchen I found it odd nice curb appeal House 2 looks like an elementary school from outside the room to access from outside can be rented out The final decision is yours and go with what gives u joy

I don’t like a neighborhood where there’s so many vacancies and with all the cars along the street just sends up a red flags.The two today just don’t seem like you. I love the ones before these two, however let your heart guide you.
Hey, I would go with a new build. It comes with a warranty (maybe 10 year). Them older homes although built with better construction comes with older issues(plumbing is a big one). Homes with big trees was a no for me (plumbing issues). If you could get an end unit new construction town home that would be nice. H O A’s was a no for me. But, I believe townhomes come with h o a’s. This will be your biggest purchase yet so choose wisely. Ask God to help guide you into your new home.

yeah the traffic can be really horrible especially in the winter, the bridge closes when it ices over.
