The absolute peak of the trading comm was when cupid dungeons were added, you couldn't get a legendary fruit or drop that easy, but when you did you valued the fruit and it felt better bc it feels like you put the work in for the fruit, ever since legendary chest were added the trading community fell to rock bottom and never came back, the poor stayed poor and the rich got richer. The baseline use to be legendary fruits where you get anything with enough of them, then the values completely fell and now the baseline doesn't exist unless you grind 10 hours to get a mythical item or spend 10000 robux for a mythical fruit

While I do not support Watashi ruby, values have and will always exist in games with a trading system and will **ALWAYS** base off of the supply and demand of the community. Simply trading for the fun of it and expecting something in return isn't realistic and is not something you will see commonly in games with trades, and this also applies in real life too. Some may say, "Why would I trade my fruit for a candy cane that isn't even good in combat?". While I do agree that items such as fruits are more "valuable" in a practical sense, but items such as pcc or cc has more value in terms of "rarity" and is sought after by many players in trades. A good analogy is how a hammer may have more value in a practical sense because it serves an specific function that helps repair, build, and etc., whereas diamond may not have a significant value when it comes to practical use but it's value is mostly based off of it's rarity and intrinsic value.
Sup gpo veteran here, ive been playing gpo since 2021 on October and all i gotta say about current state trading is...its horrible. Back then items that were highly valued where elo hammer flowers and candy cane(which was the most and still is the most highly valued items to date) and things got a lot better for non spenders(those bought the paid access pass) when pho added tradable fruit bags this was the golden age of gpo and with the release of cupid dungeons where you can get a fruit every 10 mins the trading community was bussling and continued on up till its end( though everyone got tired od Cupid dungeons right around the thriller bark update came around) the only time the trading community was at its downfall was when legend fruit chests were introduced but didnt last as long through the updates. The last nail on the coffin was content creators creating imaginary numbers to value items which was horrible since for every trade you do there will be always a conversation where the other side would say "lemme check the values" which means if the imanginary number your offered item has despite its rarity is low you are not getting what you want even if the other side also needs your items. Overall i miss old trading days i got rich and got all my essential items back then from trading due to cupid dungeons i dont care if its based on "what the people trade for" just stop posting and you wont face anymore backlash. Just leave quietly, we know you wont though since your vids make a lot of bang for your buck.

I think Pho should explore armor more. It feels so pointless having armor, when in the next update it'll just get replaced by the newer armor. If Pho adds more armor variance, it could add more to the actual game. For example, adding armor that buffs black leg could be insane. Or adding armor that buffs certain devil fruits. Missed opportunity imo.

Long update times wouldn't be such a big deal if the PvP in the game was good. Good PvP provides endless replay-ability. Sadly, abyssal karate, mink stun, attacking during dash, strength scaling with fighting styles, roku v2, mythical weapons, certain fruits, I could really go on forever but the game's PvP is in such a terrible state that this game just isn't worth my time anymore.
1:02 the drop rates are made on porpouse so that you have to be more time farming wich gives more screen time to gpo so roblox recomends gpo the prices are also on porpuse bc phoeyu wants money and people are still buying

Gpo had plenty of potential to be a good game but when u mix potential with an owner who doesn't care about the game and only about the $ amount in his account it will never be able to reach even 50% of what it can be. istg gpo is updating more frequently, js, no glaze it does take long sometimes, but pho is constantly updating balances in the updates channel like almost everyday so idk why yall complaining about update times
i probably would've replayed gpo with other fruits if stamina wasn't such a big problem. your stamina immediatly goes away and barely comes back unless you have accessories, making it so that starting with a fruit is horrible

ive been farming mihawk since the 19th of june; since the 19th of june its been 17 days ive started counting how many mihawks i killed on the 27th, i made an estimate of 5 mihawks per day (although it was not only 5, some times 7 or up to 8, the count is supposedly to be slightly higher but to make things easier, let's go with five.) from the 19th to the 27th thats eight days, meaning i had killed 40 mihawks up till then (8x5), so since the 27th ive been counting and right now, im at the 114th mihawk... i have 2x drops activated for account. now you see, maybe for your little shrunk brain, that may not sound that bad, but let's switch the percentages around in case anyone else happens to stumble on this comment lets say, you got into a car crash, and while in surgery the doctors had a really bad problem and, you would have a 99% chance of unfortunately not living, and only one percent of being able to live, that is with a luck boost now regularly, you'd have a 99.5% chance of getting off screened does that change your perspective? for reference, the black population of europe matches 2% of it's residents, that's twice the chance i have to get dark blade and yet, you barely get to see black people in europe this is a problem that will never be fixed since the people who play gpo had started accepting the absolute terrible drop rates phoeyu's been giving to the community and now, its far too late to make him change his mind; this could've been fixed back in late 2020 if the community boycotted the game and forcing phoeyu into not making the drop rates THIS low, other games like monster hunter and such have considerably low drop rates for certain items but, the difference there is that in monster hunter you'd actually enjoy off screening whatever you're trying to take on, in gpo, the entirety of it you might just cheese the boss or go in any alternative way to take them, because well, the people behind the development didn't want to spend slightly more effort into making the game actually enjoyable, and went for the lazy route of simply making bosses extremely powerful and boring to fight agaisnt now finishing off this random comment reply i must tell you that you should absolutely NOT normalize 1% drops or anything that's below 3% really, that makes playing the game in general incredibly boring and frustrating, unless it is a real collectible such as outfits or anything that would not have an impact on the gameplay like skins, it should absolutely NOT be normal.

Gpo drop rates aren't that bad, there are little items that have .1% or .5% Every sakura stand player know what difficult drop rates are and in general gpo has some not too low rates

Sea bosses have always pissed me off, what the fuck is the point of a sea boss if the ONLY way to fight it is on land? Your boat dies in 20-30 seconds tops and are nowhere near big enough to be able to maneuver without getting knocked off + the infinite stun moves that dont allow you to even do anyhthing without getting your ability canceled. Horrid system.

ive started counting how many mihawks i killed on the 27th, i made an estimate of 5 mihawks per day (although it was not only 5, some times 7 or up to 8, the count is supposedly to be slightly higher but to make things easier, let's go with five.)
from the 19th to the 27th thats eight days, meaning i had killed 40 mihawks up till then (8x5), so since the 27th ive been counting and right now, im at the 114th mihawk...

this is a problem that will never be fixed since the people who play gpo had started accepting the absolute terrible drop rates phoeyu's been giving to the community and now, its far too late to make him change his mind;
this could've been fixed back in late 2020 if the community boycotted the game and forcing phoeyu into not making the drop rates THIS low, other games like monster hunter and such have considerably low drop rates for certain items but, the difference there is that in monster hunter you'd actually enjoy off screening whatever you're trying to take on, in gpo, the entirety of it you might just cheese the boss or go in any alternative way to take them, because well, the people behind the development didn't want to spend slightly more effort into making the game actually enjoyable, and went for the lazy route of simply making bosses extremely powerful and boring to fight agaisnt
now finishing off this random comment reply i must tell you that you should absolutely NOT normalize 1% drops or anything that's below 3% really, that makes playing the game in general incredibly boring and frustrating, unless it is a real collectible such as outfits or anything that would not have an impact on the gameplay like skins, it should absolutely NOT be normal.

Sea bosses have always pissed me off, what the fuck is the point of a sea boss if the ONLY way to fight it is on land? Your boat dies in 20-30 seconds tops and are nowhere near big enough to be able to maneuver without getting knocked off + the infinite stun moves that dont allow you to even do anyhthing without getting your ability canceled.
