3 Counter Character in Genshin Impact

This is as per 3.1 Genshin Impact, 3 character that have Elemental Skill that work as "Counter Attack". To be honest the one that fit the concept of counter attack is just Beidou since it get stronger when get attack and as for Yun Jin and Candace, instead of getting stronger, it cut short charge time for maximum dmg. Hope Hoyoverse makes another character that works like Beidou since it's fun to play
