パパブブレのキャンディってキラキラして超可愛いけど、作る過程はセイヤッセイヤッヨイサッシャオラァッって感じで男らしすぎる🥺
パパブブレのキャンデーって見た目とてもかわいいのですが、それよりもなによりも味が良い。
i miss this job before when i was in papabubble qatar that was my first job after i become a pastry decorator in tasmeem flower and chocolates in same company of my employer
職人さんの手に見入っちゃいますね。
休日に陶芸をやってもとても上手に陶土を捏ねることができそうです。

All three jade colors - blood red, green, and ivory are gorgeous together. So royal and beautiful. I'm just sad the red disappeared!
The red didn’t really disappear, it just blended with the outer green to darken it without having to make another green. The skin of a lime is darker than the juicy inside. The inside is of a lime is also slightly more yellowish green, which now it shows up that way in the candy. Quite clever of them!

What happens to the duck? Is it just left over or waste?
From what I've seen, candy shops usually turn the ends of the candy canes into sculptures like ducks, swans, giant swirled lollipops and the like and sell them. Otherwise the ends would be wasted, and that's a lot of good candy to just throw away! 😁
