    The Agents saw the whole planet die. They already grieved the people on earth in the first few episodes of season 5.
    They out of everyone in the MCU would be the least effected by the lost.

      That’s a good point. My thought process was the were hopping through different timelines when it was happening. Since I don’t know agents of shield timeline in conjunction with the mcu it made since to me that they were in a different timeline when it happened therefore it didn’t effect the team. But even if that were the case them not speaking on it is odd. Even if they contacted the remaining avengers and let them deal with it. It could even be that they just didn’t have the time to acknowledge it considering what they were already dealing with and they didn’t even get to the og timeline until close to the end.

    The whole Multiverse thing covers anything can be canon, it’s just not necessarily sacred timeline. Also they cross timelines so it’s kind of built in that it’s not entirely cannon which I think is a good thing, the writing got significantly better and more creative when they broke away from the MCU mold and were less restricted in how bonkers things could get. Later seasons much better Ghost Rider, Aida, SARGE, and Deek are all top characters for me.

    There's a difference between timelines and multiverse universe. or at least there should be. timelines are branches of the same apple tree while a multiverse is an apple tree farm. Jumping through univers explain why america can go to a paint universe or a universe xmen universe.
    also dr strange starting point was that moment of time travel. lets say looking at april 1- 30th. U start on the 10th. all times u visit would all have 1-10 the same. Esiest way to really stop thanos would be to go back in time but... that would be too easy

    • @paulbrown9328
      @paulbrown9328 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It’s established multiple times that going back to the past doesn’t change your present lol. Which is why the avengers went back to their present to bring everyone back instead of trying to stop Thanos before it happens. All going back does is changes that timeline you went back to future. The only thing you can do to change a the present is erase timeline otherwise whatever you change is not a change you just create a branch and when you go back to your og timeline nothing will have changed. To change your future or present you have to change the present not the past.

      @@paulbrown9328 also what u just explained is that they actually failed 100% in the orginal main timeline because the current timeline is a new branched timeline. he kept of going back in time because he wanted to get it right.
      lets say strange check 50 timelines, or went through 50 times, in order to fix it. the first timeline would of been the original timeline so every other timeline would branched. so if all the timelines he check were branched till the right one came, he might as well of went back in time and stop thanos in the past and stayed there in facted thats what he did. also he didnt know about the hulk's explanation. Also as just because hulk explained it that way that doesnt mean that is the case. TBA kinda spit in the face of that explanation

    Doctor Strange didn't see 14 million different realities (or universes). He saw 14 million different outcomes from their current reality. Stark asks "How many did we win?" The Word "we" refers to the MCU proper that Tony and them were in. It did not refer to the reality in Doctor Strange 2. Hope that makes sense.

    • @Likeomgitznich
      @Likeomgitznich 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Its a bit more complicated then that. A more accurate way to describe it is that he calculated different outcomes by changing out variables in the situation. With that said, based on the rest of the MCUs branch timeline logic, those universes/timelines could have very well have been created. It might not have been all 14 million but I a number of branches should have been created.
      Also keep in mind, those 14 million account for possible branches over the 5+ years between the prediction and the intended outcome.

    • @WorldPeace21
      @WorldPeace21 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Likeomgitznich I still disagree. The only characters he is working with are the people in his current reality. He's not looking at other worlds in the multiverse at all. He would have never seen Professor X or Black Bolt because they are in a parallel universe.

      @Ex1toverhere  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      I completely get what you're saying but I think we're both going for the same point here, maybe I didn't articulate as well in the video but I often see the question asked about how the Doctor Strange in Infinity War moment doesn't work with S5 of SHIELD, and I was kinda trying to say that SHIELD S5 being an alternate reality for the most part is why and going off What If and Multiverse of Madness you can see that alternate realities don't fall into Stephen's 14 million outcome scenarios. So I think we're on the same page.

    I think AoS is canon to the MCU up to season 5. I think that when they come back to the present, they end up in a different reality where the Infinity War never happens. Maybe Thanos is still planning it (or maybe he met T'Challa and decided to abandon his plan). I don't think an event as massive as the snap can be so completely ignored, even if none of our heroes was affected which is really improbable. Also at the end of the series SHIELD may have decided to keep a lower profile but they still have the Triskelion and a helicarrier, they can't be completely ignored either. And with Sword they mostly lost their place in the universe.

    Let’s explain here up until THE SECOND HALF of season 5 the show branches away from the MCU due the Russo Brothers and ABC Studios mess up, in season 5 they named dropped thanos they was clearly setting up the infinity war tie in… The Russo Brothers did not want spoilers of IW and EG to be leaked on a TV show and ABC studios could not give The studio a concrete date on when season 5 would premiere since they both film and AoS would come out around the same time so the Russos and Feige just stopped giving the show runners notes on what was happening in the two big films which forced the show runners to write their own ending … in Season 7 the show runners confirmed that there is 20 min deleted scene of the last episode when Fitz comes back through the quantum realm and tells the team all about IW and EG and how they are in the wrong timeline and they need go back etc etc that was cuts do to runtime

    I am sorry, no offence, but most of the video is "wishful thinking": it is well known that Feige was in a constant conflict with Ike Perlmutter and Jeph Loeb who was running Marvel Television. Feige has never considered AoS a part of his MCU cannon, and the same is true for any other show greenlight by Loeb. When Perlmutter and Loeb had more influence, they were able to force some cooperation with Feige, but Feige got support from Bob Iger and was able to remove both of them from the picture entirely. (Iger obviously had his own qualms with Perlmutter, which led to a long conflict resulting with ousted Perlmutter siding with Nelson Peltz). The timeline of the connections/lack of the connection between AoS and MCU matches exactly with particular stages of Perlmutter/Loeb/Feige/Iger conflict. Now it is clear that Feige has never considered AoS cannon, and for him this show should be best forgotten.

      @Ex1toverhere  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      I mean, Agent Carter isn't on that timeline yet either, and that had Feige's direct involvement. While I think the timeline is a great way to go "This is officially canon", it's not the final point. It gets changed all the time. Agent Carter is the one show that a year ago most people agreed was canon, but that's still not on the timeline, despite Jarvis in Endgame, the Russos and Feige being involved in it, references to the show in Civil War.
