- My Mac Life took a trip down to the Big O Tribute Dirt Kart Race to watch a few friends race at Patriot Speedway.
LJ McCleary (kart owner JLS Racing) raced in the OHV 375 Main A!
Lou Matteson raced in the UAS Main Event!
Both of them had solid 8th place finishes.
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get the race footage for Lou’s UAS race.

@@StephenBrewer89 These are built motors. More powerful than regular clone motor. These have huge carburetors

@@StephenBrewer89 most of them are billet blocks and heads and a lot run the Animal style. I run a 76mm tilliston block with a billet head. A lot of ways to get this fast just depends on your money. The all billet way is EXTREMELY expensive but you can build what I have and maybe spend about half of what they have. It’s all in the head and carb with these motors.

But did you see the predator race where the guy got legitimately paralyzed from waist down? I’m going again this year but it was insane my first time going last year. There was literally a delay because we had to wait for an ambulance

I think they were clocked right around 70mph
