Loved that mate! Proper grip the whole way through. The sound, the pauses, the grade!
Well thought out, and impeccable edit as always!
Legend!
The mad thing is this feels like life... sometimes, you blink and it's gone, you sit in a chair and boom! It's been 10 days and you realise we're already halfway through another year 🤣 wicked film! 🙌
Love this!
Bravo bravo clap clap nail it
Thank you!
That was crazy 🤯🤯
Bro, can you make short film for “To The Flowers”
I think thats good for filming thats
Maybe 🧐
Love it. The woman who plays the mother reminds me exactly of the actress who plays Elise in the Insidious films.
Thank you so much!
Lin Shaye. Love that woman. Imo, Lin and Dee Wallace-Stone (I still usually refer to her as Dee Wallace) are the REAL scream queens. More-so than Jamie Lee Curtis. Dee Wallace in just Cujo alone was better than Curtis in the whole Halloween franchise. Her fear, dread and terror seems more believable and contagious to me.
In the silence after he closes the door behind the doctor (pauses video, hits subscribe) can already tell this is going to be great. 🖤
Thank you
What a shite chair!
Loved the short, great sound, color and DP work 🎥
Cheers mate!
Great video. Being the caregiver for my mum during one year (2015-2016), your video moved me a lot. That was one of my greatest fears: to not be at my mum's bedside when she needed me and being responsible of her death. Taking care of somebody you cherish all your life in her terminal ill (lungs cancer) is an increasing responsibility, as illness advanced, the further responsibility, stress and exhaustion advanced. Please forgive me to highlight myself and sound so melodramatic. But, your video made repressed memories come back up to the surface, even if it wasn't your goal. Thank you.
The inspiration for this was one from my own experiences with both my parents. Turning my own fears of not being able to be there for them into this short form horror. Thank you for sharing your feelings. I appreciate your comment.
@@AaranMcKenzieFilms Probably it sound weird or contemptuous but my biggest fear is that one day I have to be there for my parents!
@@AaranMcKenzieFilms So, I was wrong when I said that not being able to be there for your parents wasn't your goal in your movie. Please, accept all my apologies, Aaran. I never wanted to hurt your feelings.
@@TheFireline You don't have to feel bad or unsensitive for not wanting to be there when your parents will need you, brother. According to my personal experience, being the caregiver for my mum was a hard, stressful and demanding job, physically and, above all, mentally. But it was also the most gratifying experience I had in all my life, even if I'm 60 years old, now. Just to be there for the woman who gave me life when she needed me was priceless. If I had to do it again, I would say yes any time, without any hesitation. Of course, each experience is personal. I can't pronounce myself for every people.
@@pierremercier4724you didn’t hurt my feelings! It’s all good. Was just explaining how I can relate to you and the origin of the story. Thank you for taking the time to reply!
Not surprised this is award winning, what a creepy, well made short horror film 👍🏼
That was a twist I did not see coming. Very well done.
Appreciate this!
She tried to tell y’all! But nooooo, no one wants to listen to the old lady. I found interesting the information that was Mum couldn’t get around on her own for a while, and after going messing with the chair, the guy couldn’t really get around, either. Nice details.
Haha thanks for your feedback. Glad you enjoyed it and spotted those details
Brilliant. His mom outside the windows was creepy AF! So well done.

Wow, I´m impressed. This was emotional horror. The camera work was amazing, especially the last minute, acting on top. This is such a great work with goosebumps-guarantee and maybe a tear of compassion.
