I am a gynaecologist.... The work load is hefty in public sectors.. In 24hrs 300 deliveries with 35 major surgeries alond with medical emergencies make it impossible to be polite doctors n associated staff are human beings... Their workload and duty hours needs to be reduced... With additional salaries like Canada.. Scotland and England will surely make them very polite indeed sweethearts.. 😉
