HOW TO MAKE A CHAPSTICK PURSE IN CRICUT DESIGN SPACE

In this video, I show how to create a Chapstick Purse party favor in Cricut Design Space. This video will cover designing using the pattern fill feature in Cricut Design Space as well as assembly.
The materials needed for this project are:
• Chapstick Purse template (Andrina’s Kreations, LLC andrinaskreati...)
• Color cardstock of your choice (Amazon amzn.to/3eaUT0d)
• White cardstock for printing (you can also use glossy paper to print on)
• Decorative embellishments (Amazon amzn.to/3ChVeGj)
• AK Craft Glue (Andrina’s Kreations, LLC andrinaskreati...)
Optional: Double-sided tape (Amazon amzn.to/3qVAe2E)
If you would like to do the embossed layer you will need:
• Embossing Machine (Amazon amzn.to/3eat8oA)
• Embossing Folder (Amazon amzn.to/3VdFooU)

You’re welcome! I do not have a wide format printer so I use 8.5x11 cardstock. It’s 65lbs so I put it in the tray of my printer.

I’m having just one problem.
The cut lines on the white layer is not showing up as grouped. After detaching the score lines the cut lines remain
When I attach the writing everything is attached
You’re welcome! First you need to detach the score lines, then ungroup the square and score lines, select square and text then flatten, the lines will disappear but that’s okay, then select square and word then attach. See video at the 25:00 mark. Thank you for watching!

What glue do you use? So it doesn’t crinkle the paper

Do you offer 1 on 1 I’m having a issue with the one part I have tried at least 8 times I can’t get it to cut correctly. It’s cutting out the words something I’m doing wrong with the scoring on this particular piece?
Unfortunately, I do not offer 1 on 1 training. You have to flatten the text to the piece so it doesn’t cut the text. Thank you for watching!
