Why did you blacklist Electric Immunity but not Electricity?
electricity opens up more builds while electric immunity purely removes builds. The objective is to open up as many strategies as possible. Explosion immunity deletes all explosive builds in the game, electricity immunity does the same while electricity itself also deletes those builds for one player it opens up new options like a setup that could abuse health based explosives that would activate on electricity's zaps.
