I love her home! I saw her show a live tour and it is NOTHING like te stock photos here! She really out did herself! Her decor is everything. I can't rememebr where I saw it, I think it was baller alert cribs or something like that and her colors and decor was top tier!!

Definitely agree with your assessment of the two homes. I definitely love the look and feel of the former home. The current home is a bit southern Belle style but still too conservative for even Phaedra in my opinion. Wouldn’t have expected this look for her. But hey, if she loves it, that’s all that matters. I like the decor of the old house best. The new home seems to be more homey and down to earth. The different style may reflect a new mindset or to keep certain people off her back….. I give the first house shown a 5 because of all the windows and the yard. I give the second home shown a 6.
The bones of the new home are great, so she just needs to personalize it to her liking. If the current photos is her style now then I hope that she loves it. That’s all that matters.❤️ Both homes are nice. Old more glam, new more rustic interior.

I personally loved her older home…the new home is definitely giving older family home…I think they should be in a 4-5 two story high rise condo in the city with a doorman and a dog walker.

The first one reminds me of Grama's house- nice and cozy 7. For the 2nd one, I give an 7.5. I thought you were going to show the home she lived in while on the show. With the blue furniture. It was more eccentric.
Regarding the decor and style the old house is more appealing. The new house is more spacious and screams old money. I love to see these black women winning. It inspires me to be better.

Both were georgus..I like the inside of the old one better, it looks live a lot of love was put into the house, loved the new on as well, she lives like a princess. She Probably had too many memories in the 1st one of her and and the 1st husband..
I think both homes of Phaedra true southern belle through and through her southern comfort style.
I prefer the second home, although both are beautiful. The old home decor appears to suit the home making it very comfortable living.

I like the new home better since it has a pool and an extra in-law house. I rate the new home 10 because the furnishings shown inside are the previous owner’s and Phaedra has since redecorated.

Judging from each price range I say that Boothe houses are a 7. Ros & cons to both. I didn't like the entrance to either.
I love All the houses but I would prefer smaller "no steps" one story homes like phadras but no with no stairs simple not too fancy because nobody needs all that room when you don't use them just my opinion its not like people!e got 10 kids running around. I give it a 10 the first one the second 7 because its too big.
I don't see where you can really be comfortable in the New home, she had two or three rooms that looked like living rooms, th the older home had a room with a Sectional couch, that's where you can kick your feet up and relax and watch TV, I will say, I am happy for Phaedra and all she has accomplished in her life.

The new home has an old décor that takes away from what I believe could bring out a much better look for the inside of the house. The Old home décor is much better, more elegant feel than the new yet both are very nice homes. The new should represent the cost and my opinion, it doesn't vibe that way, except for the outside.

With a little up grading on them both they could be lovely homes. I must say I kinda like the old home better. I like the extravagant look of the new homes exterior but the look of the interior of the old home with some upgrading of course.... remove that horrible wall paper in the dining room!
