I am Dutch but the video get's watched all over the world.

International copyright is an oxymoron and a weasel word extraordinaire.
Copyright automatically expires if the owner is dead, bankrupt or insane; copyright is not transferrable if the owner is dying, facing bankruptcy or insanity.
