Is there something similar with more Bass? I just received this and was disappointed in the bass. I want to use it for drive inn theaters' so a nice loud subwoofer bass would be perfect. Something compact just like this since it will be in a car' and in addition, a clear FM radio since the drive Inn theaters use FM radio.
I have the J81 little over a year. Just blinks HI in red on screen as long as you hold down power button. battery power port is lighted blue. can you help or is it broken?
It's been doing that blinking thing for over a year? Or did this just start happening after a year? Maybe the battery has gone bad? The problem with most rechargeable systems is that they're not designed to have the battery replaced. You have to unscrew and open up the case and source a new battery yourself.
Mine automatically paired when I turned it on. There should be a reset button if you're getting some signal interference? If that doesn't work then return it, it could be defective.
Loud is a relative and subjective quality. Is it loud in a bedroom, yes! Is it loud in a backyard pool party, well-it-depends. Is it loud for a street block party, no.
@@zannaganic7081 If you're singing in a small living room and your TV speaker system isn't some monster with a subwoofer cinema rig, then yeah it's loud enough for you to be heard.
This machine did not record very well at all. I followed the instructions nothing worked. Playback was terrible . As a PA speaker it's okay. Everything else he said about this product is true.
I just bought the J81 on amazon. Love it! It’s louder with 50watts5.25 inch bass + 2” treble speakers.plus special effects modes, fm and more.

The newest model appears to have 2 wireless mics. Previously you had to use a wired mic to get a 2nd duet going. amzn.to/3CbalBa

Can you show how to connect to tv?
You don't need to connect it to a TV. Just have the TV play the music on the TV speakers and then use this JYX to amplify your voice at the same time.
Moondog R&D got it, so use TH-cam karaoke song with words in it on the tv and then use the microphone to sing!!! Makes sense!! Thnaks

Not surprising, the free mic that came with mine was pretty low quality.
is there any of these with additional features like voice priority and AM station?
It's just FM radio. Voice priority over music? No, it has a volume adjust but otherwise no other features.

Can you hook it up to your tv?
You could hook it up as a speaker for your TV if your TV has a 3.5mm output hack using a 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable.

Thanks for the info, I didn't even know it had a record function. I thought the TF slot was just for playing MP3s.
