Given the dresses she was looking at were lace dresses, and I assume the sleeves would also be a lace material, alterations would be necessary regardless to ensure they fit correctly on the circumference of her arms. I totally agree though, I can't believe there were no dresses with sleeves for her to at least try!Perhaps that's standard with +size dresses to show the fit of the dress, rather than the alterations that can made :)

There’s a ton of work that goes into bypass. She may have had to lose a certain amount of weight before she could get the surgery, you have to be sooo careful with what you eat, how you eat, and how much. It’s HARD.

Thank you! My mom had bypass a year and a half ago, and she had to lose weight before they would even do the surgery. She also had to give HERSELF injections EVERY DAY 😩 I’ve seen how much work goes into bypass, and the people saying she didn’t work for it, bug the crap out of me

Hard work is losing that weight without medical intervention. It's hard as hell....but then your not gonna have that excess skin! She's young enough she could have done it on her own...but thats full commitment and dedication!
There’s a ton of work that goes into bypass. She may have had to lose a certain amount of weight before she could get the surgery, you have to be sooo careful with what you eat, how you eat, and how much. It’s HARD.
April Rawls Actually to get that bypass you have to work to get to certain weight to do it, so she probably did worked hard to get there with medical intervention for a reason.
Thank you! My mom had bypass a year and a half ago, and she had to lose weight before they would even do the surgery. She also had to give HERSELF injections EVERY DAY 😩 I’ve seen how much work goes into bypass, and the people saying she didn’t work for it, bug the crap out of me
it honestly broke my heart how she loved the first dress and after her family shot it down her mood instantly changed to "i like this dress but i don't like myself in the dress"....she's such a lovely girl i just don't know how they could be so mean to her

Poor girl!! She loved that dress and when her family insulted it she felt sad and insecure and that’s so sad. Heartbreaking that she would rather get what they wanted instead of what she wanted.

I can see how her brothers jokes make her doubt herself. But what he said cracked me up lol. The cut of the other dress was more flattering but she needed to go with the one that gave her butterflies, and the belt did make a huge difference.
WOW! Her weight loss is amazing, very impressing!! Not many people can do that! Besides, she's beautiful despite her weight. I think she looked beautiful in the first dress. Absolutely beautiful!
