that makes no sense, the older cs pros who are like 40 play on 4:3 stretch or blackbars and the newer kids are on 16:9. the whole thing started cus it was easier to switch from 1.6 like that.

@@tr1tion still, the usage of 4:3 comes from older players switching from 1.6 because it's what they were used to, newer players now use it simply out of preference for wider targets

Its actuallly stupid in cs2. At least my setup i get 450-500fps 16:9 and only 30-50 more with 4:3. This game optimization is broken😁 also example texture filterin with 16x givs better fps than bilinear🤷‍♂️
