Ya, this issue can simply be resolved if they are more appreciative of Ava and showing love instead of hiding their true emotions the whole time. Some parents and other people have this problem of not expressing their feelings. If this happens in a family or a friend group, these things happen and those who are mistreated will continue to mistrust those people who are biased which makes the problem more problematic. There is no way they can resolve it unless if the people with biases have to be expressive by showing them love and how.

When Emily was having trouble with sensorineural hearing loss, It was pretty cool that the students didn’t make fun of her because of it. I feel sorry for Ava for not getting the same attention from their parents and I just love that Emily still wants to be there for her especially when Ava was hanging out with the wrong crowd.

I relate to Ava so much. It hurts, but ever since my sister was born I was almost completely forgotten about. My mom likes to tell me it's because my sister is younger and has to be treated with more care, but she's now three years older than I was when she was born and is getting the attention I never got at that age. Still she tries telling me that she loves us equally.
As much as these stories get wild and odd, some are just heart melting and sweet.
I also relate to this story very much i have middle ear infection which meant i have to have a really expensive surgery. My ears are now fixed and feeling much better! Now im a bit more used to living in the sea of sound without my headphones
