Hi Mr Long. My daughter is using your videos to study for her exams and I have been listening in. I asked her about your videos and said that I would very much like to watch them myself. I am of course older and didn't have computers when I was in school but use Word and Excel a lot every day. I am so delighted to learn about all the functions and have always wished I could have someone explain how to use them all to their full potential. Your videos are enlightening for this old lady.
