Protestant’s are NOT Christian. To call protestant’s Christian IS unbiblical heretical anti Christ and blasphemy! How many churches do you believe in? Only Jesus can found a Church therefore you have 48,000 protestant CULTS.

You are. The mother so your prayers for your own kids are far more powerful and important before God then strangers
What about your faith and the example of faith of your husband, their father?
It’s usually dependent on the father’ s example and faith.
When the kids are small they can be influenced by their mother ‘ s faith, but when they grow up unless also the father is faithful Christian and gives a good example, they abandon the faith
So make your husband took a step

Going to church is not just "being spiritual", it's being in communion with God through the sacraments. Attending the holy mass is also the biggest source of graces and blessings you can get normally, and the best moment for your prayers to be heard. Not to mention that not attending church at least on sundays without a good reason is a mortal sin.

Well to be clear, the Sabbath as written in the 10 commandments by God's hand is the first day of the week Saturday. The church changed it to Sunday. They also deemed it an immortal sin. Research online and in the Bible. If you want to follow what God wants then look to God.

This subject reminds me of something else that kind of "irks" me, when people say "I'm spiritual, not religious ". This tells me that they've made themselves their own god. They have decided that they have their own authority to judge what and how they worship.

If you are Catholic, then you know that the Mass is a sacrifice, not a supper. If you're unable to go to Mass and receive the body of Christ, call the church and have a priest come to you for the Sacraments. You need the Eucharist and Confession. If you're not Catholic, please make that call sooner rather than later and become Catholic. Praying for you 🙏

I was touched by the final two stories regarding those holy priests. It would make sense that if a priest, especially a bishop, is continuing the original church (The Way) then they would go to the people rather than solely expecting the people to come to them. I would think many of the tasks that keep a priest busy could be done by others if there was proper organization; however, the distribution of the sacraments can only be done by these specific individuals, so their day should be involved in continual confessions, communions, last rites, etc. (Padre Pio comes to mind)
My brother is currently in the hospital for a third round of chemo for bone cancer. A priest is assigned to the hospital and has been visiting my brother frequently and offering communion. I cannot tell you have meaningful this is to my brother who is facing the fight of his life. To have Christ within him via the True Presence is priceless. We appreciate these priests who go where the people are and deliver the sacraments to them.

There's a reason why I can't go to church unfortunately, I was diagnosed with pneumothorax. I really wanted to go to church, I've been telling my family I can go to church with a wheelchair instead. Because even when I tried to walk a little, I literally can't breathe properly. I really wanted to go to church, I've been praying to God to heal me so I can go to church. My mom made me listen to online mass. But to me I never really feel the presence of God in online mass. I preferred to go to church.

Because when I was probably 8 or something like that. When I go to church, I feel at peace in there, I feel God's presence, but after my mom made me listen to online mass, nothing, I can't feel God's presence in the online mass. I also wanted to go to confession, because lately I've been hearing voices in my head saying, "you're going to hell because you never went to confession" and I've been experiencing self loathing. I've been blaming myself for getting sick. Because this sickness, was the reason I've been bedridden in my room. I only outside when I was gonna get check-ups. And I also have a toothache, I think it's a gum disease. But when they brought me to another clinic for x-ray, my dentist said I had a wisdom tooth. Which doesn't make any sense because I'm only 14. Not yet, 18. I've been asking God why do I suffer so much than the rest of my family. I also wanted to become a doctor, but I can't go to school because of my pneumothorax; which is frustrating! 😖😖😞

I started going back to church after almost 20 years. In the Byzantine Church, we sing through the whole liturgy, which I love. I feel like I'm really participating rather than standing there. However, I've noticed some changes to the words and melodies ( for lack of the specific word) for responses and songs. I admit it still bothers me, but God is helping me to tolerate and go along with the changes.

What kind of changes have they made?
You are not forced to accept those changes is they are wrong, find a church where they chant all the traditional stuff
It’s actually a sin to change stuff
We are not at all expected from God to “go along with the changes”
