      @@babbalaminou5956 group studies with people familiar I.e people in IT field before taking it, puts you in the right mind set. The question aren’t hard you just have to snap out of reading them as a client to reading them as an actual technician. The craziest looking answers are not alway wrong. Don’t leave anything unanswered. 1101 know a lot about laser printer where toner and papers goes in the factory ones, know the most important components of a game PC vs a Home PC. Know how to set up home wifi and library wifi etc. most of these are already public info you can see on Uribe to have a better sense. If you are slow don’t leave PBQ unanswered for later you won’t have anytime to come back. Best guess and move on just in case. For 11001 if you pass comfortably the J Dion exams practice you will be good. His material on 1102 not as good as his 1101. So look at other sources for practice. Easy to read books for 1102. People comments on platforms are sometimes answers to questions so don’t dismiss everything. PBQ on 1102 there are 3 but mainly common sense. Knot basic lunix Cmd to fix things that won’t boot, netuse, fix boot etc and what they do. Also if a manager or someone texting you about phone not working. Follow the troubleshooting steps. What has changed, setting could have changed to where it’s no longer secured what is secured ports for imap emails? Things of that nature? Questions on 1102 mainly learn where to find things on a window of, setting, or ease of access or what type of thing are in Hello etc. 1102 if in doubt B, I felt like lot of B answers made sense. Reading the exam objectives is literally reading the answers because there won’t be a correct answer that is not on that list. Which of these two could the technician do next are things on that list. If it doesn’t sounds familiar ignore it. Most importantly if any technical issues have the testing center put in a ticket. Hope this helps, without violating the rules of giving answers out. If not delete.

    For anyone else who was confused about the charge question. -600 is applied to the drum (and also the toner via the developing roller). The laser reduces the charge to -100. The paper gets a charge of +600 from the transfer corona wire.

    • @TheVancanslam
      @TheVancanslam ปีที่แล้ว +2

      but the question is asking the voltage applied to the paper (to transfer the toner) so it still doesn't quite work out, but this makes a whole lot of sense, thanks.

    For #6, i've found a lot of questions asking virtually the same thing and they all point towards page orientation being the answer, as the printer was set to print labels for normal sized papers and not a4 sized. anyone else found this?

    • @adog3129
      @adog3129 ปีที่แล้ว

      it did seem weird that they mentioned paper size.. i ruled out fuser quickly and was surprised

    • @Outlines
      @Outlines ปีที่แล้ว

      White space could only be lack of toner/ink definitely not fuser because fuser is for smudging. The only real answer here out of the four is page orientation

    • @adog3129
      @adog3129 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Outlines i still feel like that should leave white space at the top or bottom rather than the middle. but i took the exam yesterday and answered page orientation so whatever. i remember one of the answers was phrased differently than here, i think they specifically used the phrase contaminated drum?

    • @Outlines
      @Outlines ปีที่แล้ว

      @@adog3129 ahh I did a quick search and only found "contaminated fuser" so maybe its that? How did you do on the exam

    • @adog3129
      @adog3129 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Outlines it just seems weird to me because a fuser issue should leave loose toner on the page that smudges when touched, not leave it blank entirely. i passed with 736. i only got 75 questions, and i felt really confident about almost all of them, so i suspect the max score for me was 750. i really wish they would just give you a percentage.
