My mother is going through this and hes threatened her life multiple times. The police let him go 2 days later due to “overcrowding” Michigan police are sh!t. I reported to cps 2 weeks ago of abuse and they just called me yesterday because Deputy Erickson didn’t give them the report til I called their dispatch 5 times. He still never called me back. My mother is going to get killed and they do absolutely nothing.. she can only run so far.

Saying that one story is two churchgoers walking a guy home is a gross oversimplification of events. They refused to leave him alone when he told them to, followed him to his home, and when they were there they tried to enter without his permission. That's not okay in any context and people are phrasing it like the storyteller is ungrateful when he was terrified and had a right to be.

Going to people’s homes to deliver groceries etc reminds me of all the different families and homes I went to as a hospice nurse. So many different ways of living, cultures, from really poor to very wealthy. But everyone dies at the end. What is the old saying? Death is the great equalizer. It really truly is!

Dang..that story about Miami that would be scary af!! Thank God that girl got away and, I know she was young but I CANNOT STAND hearing about stories like that where the victim doesn't report it. It is the most disgusting, self-centered thing to do especially when you aren't really putting yrself in any danger to do so.

Played along that I'd come back, I just had to do something really quick. As soon as I was out of sight I ran my ass home and locked all the doors!
35:30 - 39:13 ....I worked as a Shipt shopper all last year into this year (work slowed down a lot mid-summer so it wasn't a decent income source for me anymore) and I only ever worked 8am - 5pm having a set self-proclaimed quota of orders to do before going home to collapse into bed (I did all my deliveries via walking or public transport). The one thing I always prided myself on above all else was being careful. Since it's a pandemic, of course it was rare anyone opened their doors to take their orders from my hands. But I was always sure to not be close when they came to open the door. Never wanted to put myself in a potentially dangerous situation as you never know who's on the other side of a door

Story #4 - 16:33 The story about the 2 sisters where the older sister set up a 5 day vacation to Miami to celebrate the younger sister’s college graduation.
1) A young female who finds herself ALONE with a large muscular guy who is physically stopping her from getting away from him while saying and doing nasty and downright scary things to her would be terrifying. 2) If the same female was in a LARGE crowd with the same guy doing and saying the exact same things to her could be just as dangerous and horrifying due to people either thinking someone else in the crowd will help her OR that it’s none of their business. I think it’s called the "Bystander Effect". I wholeheartedly believe that most upstanding citizens without a criminal history or mental health issues, females and males alike should LEGALLY buy a handgun to conceal carry on themselves when going into situations that could possibly lead to them being jumped, mugged, beat up or even killed. I believe even more females should conceal carry, and most of the time, due to males being SO MUCH STRONGER than females while facing additional risks like SA, kidnapping and trafficking among many other appalling things. When I went through my divorce I immediately started looking at pistols. After about 6-8 weeks of learning everything I could about what type of handgun would be the right fit for me, I purchased my 1st handgun (9 mm Smith & Wesson, Performance Center M&P Shield) and immediately took the classes I needed to get my LTC (License To Carry) which is the Texas version of what many states call a Concealed Carry Permit. I passed the written portion of the test with a 100% and I got a 246 out of 250 possible points on the shooting portion… I’m a dang good shot 😉 ANYWAY, I did grow up around guns and used to go target shooting with my Mom and Dad and other relatives and family friends all the way through my late teens. I know there are many people who are not comfortable around guns which I believe MOSTLY consists of people who have never really been around guns and/or have never been taught anything about them. Everyone should understand the basics like gun safety and the differences between a revolver & a semi-automatic pistol, the kickback of say a 9 mm VS a 45 caliber and how there’s certain ways you DO and DO NOT want to flex your wrist when shooting different guns and much more. Anyone who owns a handgun (or many…) or has spent some time shooting guns at a gun range, in someone’s backyard or out in a forest, etc.. knows there’s MUCH MORE to handling different handguns. The people who have never shot a gun, held one or may have possibly never even seen one with their own eyes are the most dangerous people when it comes to guns imo! There’s a few things EVERY person who is familiar with handguns do FIRST without even thinking about it - 1) looking to see if there is a bullet in the chamber by pulling back the slide on a pistol 2) seeing if the gun has a safety and if it is on or not 3) dropping down the magazine to see how many bullets are in it (adding one if there’s one already in the chamber) and MOST IMPORTANTLY - 4) NEVER put your finger on or near the trigger unless you are willing to shoot anything the gun is aimed at! ALWAYS hold a gun (even if you are TOLD there’s no bullet in the chamber) with the barrel POINTING DOWN towards the ground at all times as if there is a chambered bullet!

Well that Hank Hill shift was wild.
Joel just a quick question how long does it take to pick narrate and edit a reddit horror stories video.
It takes around 3-ish+ hours if he's streaming, less if he's not. On streams he has said editing takes 1-2 hours.
Dunno about picking them. Maybe you can ask him during his next live
