If I am not mistaken the pianist is Troy Laureta. He is a Fil-Am musical director and producer. He made foreign artists sing Filipino songs. You already reacted to Nicole Scherzinger sang Pangako and this is another one. By the way, Loren Allred is the real singer behind Never Enough. Such a powerful voice.

Troy Laurent is a Filipino American producer who gathered Loren, Ruben Studdard, Nicole Scherzinger, and many others on an international OPM album. He trained them to pronounce the words correctly. Troy also arrange the way the song is sung for the each said individuals.

It’s the emotion while singing Araw Gabi that’s missing in Loren Alred’s performance. Filipinos usually perform this song with their hearts out on their sleeves. Loren is just performing very well and doing it cautiously and consciously.
Can’t blame her.. she’s not a native speaker and can’t understand every word she sang, so still thumbs up to her for singing her version. Love it though 🎉❤

It's hard to emote this song if you don't fluently know Tagalog. Just be thankful she performed the song outside her native tongue. Tagalog has heavy consonants and soft(musical) vowels. Not very English-like.

Actually that performance of Loren was from a concert of her along with Regine, Ogie and I forgot the others. But Regine performed as well during that night.

Foreigners when they sing Tagalog song they almost but not all... they sing tagalog song more nasal vocal that's why they soundlike singing with accent.. because tagalog words is more on pronouncing vowel letters in proper sound it should be read ... A E I O U .. we read it "AH" "EH" and the "I" read like Eeee... and O read "Oh" And "U" read Uh a harder Oh ... For some people ... They say that tagalog words is like an upgrade latin words😅 ... So if you want to learn tagalog learn to pronouce AEIOU in this manner AH... EH.. Eeee.. OH ... UH. That is why foreign vocal coaches when they listen to Filipino artist they always notice how we are good in imphasesing the vowel letter cause this is how we commonly speak 😅

IM sorry, but I love the rendition of Allred better. Im Filipino-American and love Regine Velasquez, but this rendition of Ms Allred is quite on point, regardless of her accent. I just love her rendition. Just me. :)
