Abuja is actually WAY more peaceful and organised than Accra. Maybe when you are saying Nigeria you actually mean Lagos. Abuja is the opposite of Lagos when it comes to peace and serenity. ABJ is more peaceful than Accra in my experience. Accra is a calmer version of Lagos but not a calmer version of Abuja.

To me, Abuja looks more like a well planned European country. it is cleaner, greener, bigger and beautiful. The road networks only rivals those in America. Accra looks like a normal African country city with no character. Accra is boring.
