    Today is day 1 of trying to build myself a morning routine. I struggle very much with motivation and procrastination and have struggled for a long time with depression and eating. I have decided to make a change. I don’t want to feel “nothing” anymore. I want to feel like a happy me again. Come along with me on this journey!     Hi Liv. I started following you during your pregnancy. Always looked forward your video. I have struggled with severe anxiety and depression in the past. Still dealing with anxiety issues, and combating depression is an ongoing battle. So I know what it’s like! Don’t give up on yourself! You have better days coming. Keep doing your affirmations and sticking to your routine. Be kind to yourself. You’re doing the best you can. Please know there are people out here who understand the dark place and are here for you. I know I’m a random stranger, but I’m no stranger to depression. Stay strong! Your story is just beginning ;

    Depression is real.. ask for medical help, if something doesn't make you feel ok try something else. There is help. Talk to someone who can help you help yourself.. ❤️ this year you are with millions... Unfortunately.
