You will not scratch carbine steel, cast-iron or stainless steel woks... if you get a non stick coated wok you can damage the coating with metal. Avoid coated woks and you don't have to worry about scratches
@@TheChubbyKid you really don't need to flip... large woks are too big and look at hibachi style they scoop. Learn to shake the pan as you cook, it's easier and better

Great so try this tomorrow, just used the Eastman wok unseasoned and it was rough
Drill a hole near the burner and install a Pizo Electric igniter for a BBQ and that will do very well.
2000 Degree exhaust pipe paint will coat those supports.

How to avoid damaging the wok? Like scratches
Use a wok you can handled with one hand and learn to flip the food. Use the spatulas to put food in and take food out.
