I love that they share the spotlight every time because each instrument is so pronounced and easy to hear yet mesh perfectly together to bring that explosive energy. Their vocals and and harmonies are top notch as well. Always enjoy watching Mat and Chels.. Thanks you two !

I have since heard others say that Paulina has said that this song is denouncing all the hate and aggression on social media and how some networks and individuals benefit from it. It is also about how they hide behind pseudonyms of hate.

Pau's short solo vocal in this always reminds me of young Kate Bush! The same playful flips and brightness...and the same intense confidence that she puts out...in drumming or vocals actually! These young ladies all simply amaze me.
They are the only musicians in the family. I believe they said one of their grandmothers played piano casually, though. Their parents are big music fans and they would often gather around and watch classic rock concerts on video.

Great reaction guys! They have released 4 videos from Mayday, the EP that is the first 6 songs from the complete album that should some out in March 2022. The other 2 songs from this EP have been released as audio only on TH-cam with the just the cover art. As much as Choke, Evolve, Martirio and Disciple are amazing songs the other 2, Animosity and Z, are for some of us even better songs. There will be others of course that disagree but for me Animosity and it's refrain "Mayday Mayday, this ship is going down" is my favorite. And if you ever wanted to hear Dany shred a guitar solo on one of their songs, this is the song she does it in and boy does she ever SHRED it! 💖🔥🖤🤘

The more we hear from The Warning, the more I come to believe it is literally impossible for the sisters to put out anything subpar! I have been saying for many years now that they would one day be known world wide and be recognized as one of, if not the greatest power trio of all time, eclipsing even the greatest power trios to date in Rush, Cream, The Police, Muse, Jimi Hendrix, Grand Funk Railroad. I know this is a bold statement, but I am absolutely 100% convinced of this! As you see here, they are well on their way to bringing that prediction to fruition.

As the world is now, we are in a world of shit without them being everything that they can be.

Ale is a locomotive!
Yes they are incredibly talented, but they also work their butts off! When you combine their extremely high level of understanding of music theory and structure (from their classical piano training) with their talent and passion for music you get something really special. Add to that the fact that they are sisters and what you get is off the chart fantastic! Viva the Queens of Rock! Viva The Warning!
From the EP, this one is fantastic, but I still prefer "Animosity" (slightly). The Warning is just great.
Animosity was my least favorite of the 3 new songs, but it has really grown on me a lot. The last two mornings it was playing in my head when I woke up.
The one that caught me when even partially revealed was Z

It involves some very rare shredding by Dany and ends with what may almost be considered harsh vocals by Pau (I think, everyone: correct me if I'm wrong here).

Zed in Canadian, zeta in Spanish, "C" as in how they pronounce it! lol
Back when everybody was debating about the pronunciation I asked them in the weekly Q&A which pronunciation they were using, and Pau said it's officially zee. I assumed it would be because they grew up so close to the USA and learned that particular flavor of English. Since then I've heard all 3 of the girls pronounce it that way.
@@ryankieth1675 I have mostly heard them pronounce it as "see", because the 'z' sound isn't part of the Spanish language. Neither is the 'zh' sound, as in 'vision', which gets pronounced like 'vishon'.
