What is the best time of the day to have a clear view (without fog) as you had? Last time I went there at 5PM and it was all fog and couldn't see the cars 10feet ahead of us and returned without seeing the light house.

Is the lighthouse open? Can you get there in your own car or do you need to take a bus? I have seen other videos where people take a bus🤷‍♀️.
