Hi. I recently watched a video on the Authority Hacker channel where they mentioned that AI content may be in danger in near future. They also mentioned a tool called GPT2 detector that helps you detect AI-generated content. I actually pasted my content created with Jasper in that tool and it flagged it as AI content. So I am thinking about whether it is safe to use these AI tools or not. Is Google not going to detect it? Kindly let me know your thoughts. Thanks.
People have concerns if Google can penalize AI content 🤖. Here's my explanation. 👇 It can be possible that Google can detect AI content well once it develops a huge AI intelligence to detect the uniqueness of "ideas" (not unique content according to Copyscape) of AI content. It can only be detected by an AI that is aware of all the ideas on the web and has a larger number of parameters than GPT-3 which is constantly updating (which Google has). GPT-2 detector I highly suspect it can detect effectively - I know it can also deliver some false positives according to some FB discussions. AI content if you publish it as it is, is easily detectable (at least I can detect it - like $10 Fiverr content). If you let someone with no technical knowledge of the subject hit CMD+J like a maniac, you'll be in trouble for sure. AI can only be a "supplement" or an augment to the brain - not a "substitute" for thinking; at least that's the direction we're heading when it comes to Elon's founded tech (OpenAI), nah? In simplest inference is this: "GPT tech helps people with "unique" ideas but who have poor written expressive abilities be able to write kickass content - for example, they can use "Content improver" in Jasper.
