I am looking for something like this, looked at 10 or more youtube videos about battery cut off saws. Your real world cutting test and honesty about actual battery life has helped my final decision. Now in late 2021 the kit comes with two 9ah batteries in my country.
This looks like a great product. In australia 9" grinders are banned on commercial job sites. Interior fitout refurbishment projects means petrol isnt allowed and dust suppression is a high priority, so the hose connection is awesome. Cant wait to use it
So i bought this thing. It goes alright. great for small shallow jobs and wall chasing into concrete walls. I got the 12ah flex volt batteries. Its super lightweight and very safe.
How would this handle cutting concrete blocks? I have a mains powered cut off saw that goes through them like a hot knife through butter but the dust os terrible so im considering one of these.
looks good dont forget the petrol one stinks and normally they keep stopping when you lay it down plus they are quite heavy and you need oil mix so i think the battery one although they arent cheap and dont know how long its life would be and the batterys cost a lot so theres good and bad every where the one thing i do know in this life is i DONT want a battery car diesel only lol or i like the sound of hydrogen

With a 9 amp battery we get about 10 feet of cut through 4 inch thick slabs - the saw is amazing for block work! We have even cut blocks of stone.
Sound review.. Thanks mate...
i just bought one. I love it. my gripe is blades hard to find in local stores, and the battery run down.

That's some heavy duty concrete you went through you would be better with tge 9 or 12amp battery over the 6amp battery
Absolutely agree, I didn't have any 9's or 12's though. Good to see what it can handle and how versatile the saw is
👍👍👍
Nice :-)
