i always fuck up the square part, the last (fourth) corner doesnt have enough holes to crochet into and i dont know what im doing wrong, all my other stitches seem fine to me??

It will be better and crisper if you do it in the back loop changing colors. It will create an outline for the star. ⭐️ fyi!
I still don’t understand how I make the points of the star
I'll try to explain: 5 chain is the "point's side" so 5 ch being done, you are going to croché backwards untill you arrive to the base of the star again (first initial 14 st) 1st is basic single st, 2nd is high st, 3rd is double st and 4th is triple st (Each st is bolder than the previous, that's how you create the point). By now you should see a triangle that's only attached to the base (14 initial st) by one of its 3 vertices. Now you only have to attach the vertex where your hook is to the base. You do that skipping 3 of the initial st from te base. There's where the vertex where your hook is should be attached. Then repeat the process and there you go! Hope it helps ^^

For some reason my square is very wonky and uneven

when shes just done doing the star and shes cutting of the rest of the yarn, is she knotting the yarn in the middle or? (sorry for bad english lol)
No, when she finished the star by doing a slip stitch she chained one, cut the yarn, pulled on the loop with the hook, and pulled the string tight. That how you securely close a project
Everytime I try to crochet through the circle at the start, it wants to bunch up then space out when I complete the row. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
You might be putting ur stitches in the wrong way

bruh i literally only ended up with only 4 points HELP LMFAOOOO idk what im doing wrong....
Be sure to have 14 DC in your magic ring or be more careful to only skip 2 chains when placing each point of the star
