Howdy. I've been in Europe but plan on relocating back to the US (Houston) in Q1 2025. I'm only interested in high-rise and a budget between $1,250 and $3,000. I want the best amenities. A studio would be accepted. A 1 bed is the expectation. A 2 bed would be great. What are your thoughts on that range?
Needs a bit of quality time with an interior designer and professional organizer. I like cozy spaces, too, but it reminds me of my first apartment and all the mistakes I made at the time.
