I've been resentful of much in my life. Very few people or things have been able to distract me from hardships that many don't know I go through in my day-to-day, and many never will as I'm so reclusive. Music has always been an outlet, but none have moved me so much to peaceful thought as I feel right now. I've only just really given lo-fi a chance today, and now I feel this could help me in the times I need to quiet my mind and simply focus on my work.
Four and a half hours later of listening lofi and studying for a licensing exam for work. It is now 3 am on my side of the world. This really helped me focus and push through. That’s my message tonight….push through. It gets easier with time. Life is a grind sometimes. But anything in life worth having is worth fighting for. I used to have lofi constantly playing when I lived in Japan. Every day into the night, rainy or not, it would always be playing, subliminally calming me. It’s 2:42am I’m tired but sleep won’t help… questioning my existence… but I am doing my best.. finding myself in life where to go, where I see myself in the near future, but at night its where it hits all at once, some won’t understand some will… I just don’t know myself very well sometimes, like what I really want or what to do, it’s just depression. It’s 2:42am I’m tired but sleep won’t help… questioning my existence… but I am doing my best.. finding myself in life where to go, where I see myself in the near future, but at night its where it hits all at once, some won’t understand some will… I just don’t know myself very well sometimes, like what I really want or what to do, it’s just depression. I don’t take medication I am afraid it will change me.. yes. I talk myself constantly in my head.. I just sometimes wish to turn off my mind for an hour or two or for a day.. I think I like that quite a lot. Yes I think sad but not because I want to have to.. love yourself and others, have family close, and don’t forget to drink water guys… have a great day/evening/afternoon/nighttime ❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹
I'm really sorry you feel that way. I've been there too. I pray however that you find Jesus, because then you won't have to battle these thoughts and the sadness alone. He really cares about you and He sees you. Most importantly, I want you to know that Jesus loves you. All I ask is that you give Him a chance, and accept Him as your Lord and Saviour. He gave himself up on the Cross to save you and me. If you choose not to accept Him, that's fine. Just know that He is there and He's real. He's more than willing to help you through whatever you're feeling ❤️✨. Feel better soon 😊
