Totally agreed. He always seemed even more capable of cruelty than Frieza to me. He's even more narcissistic, which is what always prevents antagonists from slaughtering everyone on the spot and ultimately becomes their downfall. It also feels like he's fiercer than any other antagonist for some reason.

When you say “this version” do you mean the Perfect Cell’s Japanese theme or his theme for Dragon Ball Kakarot. Either way though, I like this theme a lot as it has a “Cell is shit talking and not taking anyone seriously vibe” And I like the Japanese Perfect Cell theme as well because it has a “Shits going down vibe” instead
