At 3 am or 4 am people who is not Muslim and spiritual guru suggest people to wake up early because at this time universe is calling us and do mediation and wish anything they want and at this time our wish will become true and we feel peace doing meditation our spirit become peace and light this is similar to us Muslims who wake up at 3 am to pray tahajjud and read Qur'an and make Dua'a because at this time Allah is calling us. ❤️

You have to take 10 mins of nap after performing esha salah then after you can perform tahajjud salah..it is mandatory to take short nap in between esha and tahajjud salah...
I used to perform tahajjud namaz during Ramzan and yes, I got my dream job.
