One thing that is so satisfying about your commentary on your channel is I've never seen you exaggerate the size and weights of the fish you catch...refreshing to the fishing soul. Tight Lines, no matter how big they are...
It's 94 here too, but I'm ashamed to admit I'm sitting in the A/C watching you catching nice bass. I might wait till a little later and go try my luck since you have provided the motivation. KIR.😊
A green pumpkin rage menace grub trailer rigged vertically on a green pumpkin bitsy bug jig like a bluegill imitation has been killer on my river lately! I just cast it and swim it. You don't even gotta set the hook to hook them. Just keep on reeling! Its also pretty weedless.
Sup slex, fishing getting to be a balancing act 😂, ty im here til Thurs 🤣.. were really nige bass, they are loving the structure the trees down give, tyvm tc 🎣
You've never let the weather keep you from fishing! And I've always said you have the touch with the Texas rig. Nice job Alex and thanks again my friend!
Went out a couple days ago. No bass, bunch of every size bluegill and 2 catfish on a Crappie float rig. Been since early last summer that I caught a catfish even though I don’t target them. Nice Basses. I’m not sure basses is a word for multiple bass 😂…
Can’t do this humidity! I nearly passed out doing some trimming . Go in the shade where you can at least be out of the sun :). If I go out I’m parking under a bridge where a good breeze comes through
I went out yesterday and lost the biggest Northern Snakehead I've ever seen in my life. I wasn't ready for it to jump and I forgot to drop my rod tip (to put slack in the line) and it spit the lure. When I say it was all of 9lbs to 10lbs+, I mean that. It was an absolute monster. But that makes me want to go back out there again. I'm not going to lie, it haunts my dreams lol. I'll get her though. It was a true river dragon. My PB is about 8lbs - 9lbs.
I've got soo many "senkos" to try, including several shimee sticks and a strikeking "bulk" pack that I desperately need to break out as they're several years old and unused. I have found myself going away from the stick worm on a Texas rig and I need to go back to it.
Man this made my morning! As I sit in my truck with my rod and reel, dreading this heat, you come and make it worth while ha! Thanks my man, and as always, Thanks for keeping it realistic!
Nicole always catches me off guard, she starts off all nice and then brings in the toothy fish. Alex, let's take a road trip toward the Northeast US. I'd bet it's a ton cooler closer to where Nicole lives... Anything beats 94 degress and tons of humidity!
Those uppercut hooksets on that log were puckering lol. You been doing your ninja training 😂 awesome bass man, king of the texas rig. And that heat is no joke. I been clearning trees and laying mulch out in it, its been hell out there.
spinning reel remove the weight put WHATEVER soft plastic you want on within reasonable size and i almost guarantee you'll get bites if not a few fish. Best time when its hotter than all heck is when the sun is going down or dusk, its cooling down but its still light and the bass are usually HITTIN even on 100+ degree days. I got my best friend into fishing and my father into bass fishing with weightless texas rigs alone.
Hang tough in that heat, man! On the up-side, you're getting really good at balancing on a log! haha
Went fishing today. Lost a big catfish and caught a bluegill. A very good off day for me,
Nice work out there in some tough conditions. Texas rig for the win.😊

I caught a 16 inch Largemouth the other day and was shocked when it was only 2 lbs 2 oz. 😂 Easy to underestimate the size!
It’s sure Hot. But you can’t let that stop you from fishing. See you on that log again. Taking chances. Thanks for making this video. Enjoyed.
Freekin awsome n in that heat , way to go Alex 🐟🎣
I still enjoy your excitement when catching fish. If I can't fish, watching you is the next best thing! KiR!!!
Those bass were loaded up and fired up around those downed trees!! Wooooooo weeeeeeeeeee
Ah, it finally cooled down to 93 today, near St.Louis, Mo.
Tomorrow? A cool 82.
It's 94 here too, but I'm ashamed to admit I'm sitting in the A/C watching you catching nice bass. I might wait till a little later and go try my luck since you have provided the motivation. KIR.😊
94 is too damn hot.. but those bass don't seem to care!! Nice going!
WOW, even in the boiling heat of summer you really had them dialed in today!
Great bass today, I got some great catfish yesterday. Hopefully the bite remains nice and strong. 👍
👏👏👏👏 this video exemplifies what bass angling is supposed to be all about💪💪💪💪
Hook set a Texas rig from a log. Damn son, I thought you would fall off!

And THAT is why it’s always a good idea to venture out on logs!
Nice work.
I would have absolutely fallen in the water 😂
We need a camera view from the shore of Alex fishing on the log!
Balance Beam Log Fishing, a new Olympic competition . I’d give that one a 10. Nice job Alex.
Second! Everyone loves log!
🥈 so close!
Sup slex, fishing getting to be a balancing act 😂, ty im here til Thurs 🤣.. were really nige bass, they are loving the structure the trees down give, tyvm tc 🎣
Every time I see you on that log I think if that was me I fall in for sure😅
I am pressing my luck out there 😅
Or trying to fish my hat out of the water, that I lost while I was flailing around trying to not fall in
You've never let the weather keep you from fishing! And I've always said you have the touch with the Texas rig. Nice job Alex and thanks again my friend!
Alex , you have the only fishing channel I watch , great content with no BS . thank you so much .
I appreciate that!
That first log catch was majestic as hell! Love to see it. Good job sir! Great fish as always. 🍻
You never know when Fishing will turn into Catching unless your out there
Well, first to realistically saw the whole video, nice catches on that scorching heat, especially that last one.
👍 Thanks for watching Armando
Great video. KIR
Fishing on a log is quite tricky. I tried it this morning with no luck. Nice catches. KIR

Gotta love the Texas rig bite. Nicely done Alex!!!
Texas rig for the win!
Texas rigged worms are my favorite rig to fish. They catch fish year round.
Yes sir Texas rig does get it done. Great video. These are nice bass Alex. Way to go. Good balance on the tree.
Alex try a fluke when fishing gets tough, works for me here in Ms.
10th! Keep it Realistic! Tenacity in the heat still pays off. The show must go on!
🔥
Some nice bass.
There is nothing like catching bass while on the balance beem. Skills! 94 degrees will not stop the Texas Rig. Fish on!
Very nice Alex. At least catching fish can make you forget about the heat. Temporarily of course.🥵 Thanks for sharing.
Great job . Thank you for enduring the heat for us. Great video Alex.
Heck yeah Alex!! Super great catches!! You caught some really nice bass!! Thank you for always keeping it realistic
It's gonna be his year this year I said at the start I think he's gonna get a huge bass this season🎣
The Texas rig worms just about always get's it done. Good job Alex!

Love it, brother! You are still getting my vote. Thanks for keeping it realistic and braving the heat.
The Texas rig is the best! 🎣💪
Very very nice Alex!! The heat is on!!!
I was thinking if you'd happen to fall off that log, I don't know how much more realistic you could get. Haha
Nice catches!!!!! I just cannot get it together when it comes to heat 😢
The heat isn't as bad when the fish are biting! Nice day!
4th!
Gotta be quicker than that!
😮
This has me scratching my head!
I've got soo many "senkos" to try, including several shimee sticks and a strikeking "bulk" pack that I desperately need to break out as they're several years old and unused. I have found myself going away from the stick worm on a Texas rig and I need to go back to it.
Nice job Alex! 🎣🎣👏👏👏
🥉 Thanks!
That is a hot one. Did some fishing today. Did not have any luck
That was a nice fishing trip Alex. I'm gonna try that Shimmy Stick. I do enjoy watching you catch fish. Thanks and KIR.
Nice. I like the 3/16th oz. Some distance for casting, but also gives the lure a slow and alluring drop when you're hopping or pausing it.
Worked very well today!
Man this made my morning! As I sit in my truck with my rod and reel, dreading this heat, you come and make it worth while ha! Thanks my man, and as always, Thanks for keeping it realistic!
Keep it realistic and hydrated, mate, cheers, great session🍻🍻🍻
I see similar behaviors in our fisheries. I'm throwing a texas tomorrow. Cheers dude!
Good luck!
Great summer bass fishing video, Alex! Texas rig for the win!
Nicole always catches me off guard, she starts off all nice and then brings in the toothy fish.
Alex, let's take a road trip toward the Northeast US. I'd bet it's a ton cooler closer to where Nicole lives... Anything beats 94 degress and tons of humidity!
Great Job Alex! Nice Bass
Love the videos. Made my day when I saw there was a new video by Realistic Fishing.
Caught one today on a Ribbit Buzz Toad. My first one on a bait like that. You ever catch any on one of those?
I didn't have any luck like you did. Nice Bass on a hot day
I'm inspired by your dedication to fishing and your content. nice bass keep cool and keep it realistic.
Another great video. Thanks, Alex!
Very cool. Haven't been able to fish much lately but watching you give it a shot is the next best thing.
Those uppercut hooksets on that log were puckering lol. You been doing your ninja training 😂 awesome bass man, king of the texas rig. And that heat is no joke. I been clearning trees and laying mulch out in it, its been hell out there.
Nice bass!! Way to keep it realistic!! Thanks for sharing!!
First come in champion again keep it realistic another great video thank you
🏆 Champ!
👍 and thank you !
Great show. Thanks.
👍🏻😎 KIR!!
Good video Alex, nice bass 👍
Hot but awesome awesome day of fishing 🎣 my friend Alex 🙏♥️
I use your advice but not going out on a limb by going out on log.

Note to self: During a sauna 94 degrees day with a 🪱 anything can happen. 🍺
Thanks! I really appreciate it
Hey Alex hears a deal at scheels they have scheels trophy rods for 28 dollars and 75 cents
Can I ask you something about fishing lures.
What scent procure?
crawfish
What's the name of that pro cure?
And is it really more effective?
show up at night with some boards and nails, make a nice platform on that log.
👍👍👍
To get out on the log to fish 20seconds
To get off the log to land a fish.
.002 seconds.
30th!!
You got cooked out there.
Sweaty Ass, Catching Bass, Keep it Realistic
🗣🗣LET'S GO BRANDON
Is this fishing related?
Yes, another four years of brandon will mean a bag of stick bates will be twenty bucks
