Academics Explore University Partnerships in Agriculture - ACE Impact Study Visit

The Africa Higher Education Centers of Excellence (ACE) Impact program organized a study visit to the University of Ghana from January 20-22, 2025. This workshop aimed to provide tailored support to participating centers, helping them strengthen their institutional innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystems. The objectives of the workshop were to:
• Provide participants with insights into successful academic and innovation strategies at the University of Ghana, with a focus on governance, policies, and incentives driving innovation and entrepreneurship.
• Offer practical knowledge on effective technology transfer models, successful spin-off companies, and impactful private sector collaborations.
• Build capacity and foster collaboration among participating centers.
This initiative was designed to equip centers with the necessary tools to enhance their contributions to innovation and entrepreneurship within their respective institutions.
