I got a lot out of it. I downloaded for rewatching and taking notes to assist me in making my trading rules. Only we paper trading a couple of weeks and haven’t established a sound way to recognize when to buy or sell. I’ve just been studying and watching. Expecting the bait and hook I throw out to come back on both and trying to see any pattern why.. This is the best advice I’ve seen on youtube. I’m a retired criminal investigator and I’ve developed some skill at recognizing the truth from BS. I’m glad you are giving the truth and I’m looking forward to watching all your other content. Thanks.

Excellent presentation of very complex topics. As you clearly indicate: in the the long run, it all really comes down to whether you're stacking chips or not.

You need atleast 1000 trades to improve your skills and another 500 for psychology then the next 500 for becoming profitable then another 500-1000 to either break even or become a successful trader. It's not always true but if one is to become a trader then generally the pattern is like the above mentioned.

So what is holding you to get over the hill and to become profitable ? Have you discovered the problem and if yes then are you working on it ? Is your problem disposition effect or lack of discipline or and flaws in objectivity ?

@@КумысМамбетов-й8ш Its a rather long explanation that would turn into a short novel if I tried to explain the last 9 years in detail, but the short answer is yes I know my issues. Years of bad habits, unfortunate life and financial situations and switching things up added immense pressure which only led to more mistakes and bad habits. I was almost one of those dark statistics you hear about when traders have failed and given up. I've come a long way though, I just have to maintain consistency and discipline now which I do for the most part and most days. So it's just a game of inches at this point until I get over the hump and eliminate those challenges.

Depends on how frequently he has been trading and practicing. One thing to have been at it 9 years full time and still breaking even, vs 9 years just working on it every now and then or at weekends and breaking even.

Please really try to figure out what your issues are 1st, it sounds basic, but then do everything you can to correct those issues. Do you trade like you have no other option in life? I do, trading either has to work for me, or it has to work for me, that's it. I leave no stone unturned, i dismantle myself and put myself back together just to see what the issues might be. Am i really focused when i think im focused? Am i absorbing info the way i should when i am learning? Dont give up man, but be real with yourself, figure out the problems and fix them, don't baby yourself, don't be a bitch, get this shit moving. 9 years bro? You owe it to yourself, make this trading shit work for you like it doesn't have a choice. Maybe i sound crazy, but this is how i get down. New thing i just learned? Currencies hinder me! Nasdaq actually makes sense to me! And i stayed away because people say... currencies are easier..learn those before indices..fuck that, NQ treats me well. Im 2 1/2 years in. Point is, leave no stone unturned. Explore everything and be real with yourself with what works and what doesnt. Sorry if i sound crazy, i kind of am. Best of luck.
