If all your products are approved and campaigns are built you should see impressions and clicks start coming in within a few hours. There have been times it has been longer, but if it is more than 24 hours and you still don't have impression I would increase bid.

It will depend on your product but most the time if I have no idea I start with .51 cents. If I am not getting any impression I increase 10%-20%
