- open the sketchup file that you are working on,
- download the model you want from the 3d warehouse, make sure the version of the sketchup file is the same or lower than your version of sketchup,
- open the file, after opening, select the model and copy,
- paste it in your project sketchup.

double click on each wall component to highlight in blue, then right-click and move down the drop down menu and click "make group". Hope this helps
