Hi Maxine! I'm not sure if you would be able to glue the "fake snow" to the glass since it's a mix of fake snow and water and it needs to stay moist to look fluffy. We just put the fake snow on top of the mirror and didn't move the centerpiece much after that. As long as it stays in one place, it should be fine but we would not recommend adding glue. The snow lasted a few days to a week. It will depend on how dry the climate is, as the water will dry up faster so that will make the snow dehydrate and look a little deflated, and how much fake snow you use for your centerpiece. Hope this helps!

The "snow" that was left on the mirror dried up a little faster but it was easier to make it fluffy again with a few drops of water. The snow in the vase took longer to dry up, but a bit harder to get to so keep that in mind if you're making centerpieces. Hope this helps! 😊

you can rehydrate it with a long straw, if you don’t want to risk wetting the pincones. The bigger issue is that it gets smelly after a couple weeks. It’s similar to a fish bowl that needs cleaning and will eventually mildew as well. This is a great, short term option, but for all season I’d go with a dry snow

We placed a large ornament on top of the vase but you can feel free to leave that off, it's just for something extra. For the second look, we used a tall vase with the pinecones from the first look. The wather snow is the same, as in a baby diaper. So if you got babyes, just open a diaper in a big translucent bag (to prevent mess).
