OJ, +1 for the timestamps, I went to look through and it gave me an idea without spoiling it, props, I think it works well - mainly because if I'm on a TV, I can skip to the next game, without it being 'spoiled' for me.
Awesome and smart on oj include both remakes and remasters in the video title, given that nowadays people like to argue on what exactly is a remake or a remaster lol.
If you have a TV with motion interpolation it can make some Switch games, like Xenoblade Chronicles 1,2,3, look great. There were a few times in XBC2 where I had to turn off motion interpolation to get the timing right on certain things, like when you slide down the ramp and jump to get to the chest in Uraya but I think I only had to turn it off twice for that game. There is a tiny amount of input lag with motion interpolation that I would equate to about the same as playing a cloud based game.
No.1 for me is Xenoblade. I will always love it as my file is 100% & mastered it. How I get passed the 720p is I'm using mclassic with 4kgamepro to make it 4k & then I use my "tv" to increase smoothness so double the frames.
Can't believe you omitted Hyrule Warriors DE, that one was the best Musou game ever. Xenoblade Chronicles DE and Trials of Mana are my favourites on this list though.
I'd personally call Xenoblade number 1 on my list; just because the game itself was just that good. I also personally would have liked to see Live A Live higher on the list. And LG P/E I simply dislike. But other than those, it's a good list.
Zelda LA is actually a 60 fps game. When it loads things the framerate is 30 fps and that's why it feels bad (pretty much like when you play Splatoon a lot and you go back to the hub).
I think the Switch port of the HD remaster of Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition is a good one too. The Switch port is still the only official version of the game that has Freestyle Mode (dynamically change styles and weapons) and Bloody Palace Co-Op Mode.

If it looks fun to play to you, what are you hesitant about? I played the Wii U version, so if you have any questions perhaps I can help. What I can say is that the battle system is really fun, especially when you start chaining attacks.
@@monkeydluffy5054 Well, from what I remember the game strings you along, so there's not so much in the ways of freedom to just roam around, though I also remember that you can explore, which I recommend doing, like checking out stores, especially the convenience store. Have you played SMT or Persona? I'd definitely recommend stocking up on status changing items, because bosses can easily wipe the party. And since the characters learn new abilities by discarding one, if there's no space, it might be helpful to use a guide for that.
PlayerEssence, very justifying of having Super Mario RPG as the #1 best remastered game for the Nintendo Switch! Bc as I'm sure you know full well of how that this game's comeback announcement by Nintendo Direct, literally was a totally Texas-sized blindsided-BOMBSHELL, how it exponentially EXPLODED all over the internet and effectively making everyone go absolutely CUCKOO-CRAZY😂😂😂😂😂!!

I'd say Ys VIII is underrated. That game is so good.
I agree. I feel it suffers from poor graphics but I really liked the story.
Did you know a novelization of it just came out last year?
I don’t think it’s underrated at all. I’ve seen so many people talking about it. The game is amazing!
@@zach177 yah, it's great!

Ya now add Paper Mario thousand year door to the mix and there are so many great remakes or reimagined games to explore again it’s great!

This is a great list, if RE2-4 Remakes were on the Switch where would you have put them on the list?
Awesome video OJ, I thought Xenoblade DE would definitely be number 1 lol..
Tried the pokemon fighting game but the changing 2D and 3D is weird
