I just did my first cycle (16 mature eggs eggs frozen) and will probably go back for a second and maybe third because I know I want at least 2 kids. So nice to see it worked out for you.
I am not freezing my eggs nor do I want to have the child. However these stories are so intriguing to me. Women should definitely choose what's best for them. I heard that the early thirties are the best time to freeze eggs.
Good for you, knowing what you want! Early thirties is a great time to freeze eggs...the sooner the better really. But most women aren't thinking about fertility preservation until their thirties. Best of luck with your own journey. :)
Hi Summer! I am so glad I came across your channel. I am in the process of freezing my eggs and it is so encouraging for me to see a woman who had two successful pregnancies as a result of egg freezing. I have read about a lot of women’s journey’s freezing their eggs, but there are not a whole lot of success stories out there that I have been able to find. I think yours has only been the second one! Not because it isn’t successful, but because I have not found a lot of women who have gone back to finish the ivf process yet. Thank you for sharing your journey!
You are so dang smart to freeze your eggs! I know a lot of women who have undergone a lot of fertility treatments...and almost ALL of them say they wish they would have frozen their eggs when they were younger. It's expensive, but the peace of mind it brings is invaluable...in my opinion. Way to be brave and proactive!! :)
@@SummerLovret Thank you! I am 33, so I figured if I was going to do it, now is the time. I figured I would rather spend the money now and have good results later than wait and maybe not have good results down the line. I have had all of my diagnostic testing done, and I have my appointment with my Fertility Doctor to go over the results and hopefully start planning for a retrieval next month!
@@leighg7039 Good for you!! If motherhood is a priority for you...this is a fantastic investment and one of the few ways you can actually purchase peace of mind in life. Best of luck with your retrieval!! Let me know how it goes!!
I've just got 10 eggs and doubting about a 2nd cicle. Hearing your story help me a lot. I have to do it. Thank you 😘

That is an excellent outcome for a single cycle. I got 3 pregnancies and 2 live births out of 16 frozen eggs. You go girl!!
