It sucks to feel like you cant tell ur friends what you’re going through bc you feel like they will judge you because you keep putting yourself thru bs… it takes a real friend to understand that when you’re in a toxic relationship, you will leave when YOU are ready as crazy as it sounds. When you don’t have a support system, you end up staying in the relationship even longer bc you feel alone and rely on that other person. I’m glad you are healing from your situation ❤
You may leave when you're ready but its trauma dumping and can be emotionally detrimental to those you keep putting it on.

Nah that’s manipulative. People just be using their friends to trauma dump and get mad them once their friends tell the truth. @@commentpoliceofficer7991 social media therapist have just made up these terms like “trauma dump” and ppl just run with it lol there is nothing wrong with venting to a friend about your toxic relationship. I respect ppl like Symone who also consider their friends feelings when it comes to this, but I just would never want my friend or child or whoever to feel like they can’t come to me in times of need. As I said, it takes a special kind of person. If you are not that person, it’s fine but it’s not manipulative at all.
